We stayed there one night in January and it was a solid three stars… Maybe 3 1/2. We’ll start with the positives. The staff is very kind and everyone was very helpful. The hotel is very clean. It seems well maintained. The breakfast service was adequate and they even had bags if you wanted to take your breakfast to go. The room had a desk and a couch and it was perfect for the work I had to finish when I got there.
The cons: our room was incredibly noisy. I could hear the person in the room next to us snoring all night long. I could hear them taking. You could hear everyone in the hallway. You could hear doors opening, and I wasn’t near the elevator, but I could hear the elevator…toilets flushing. You get the idea. We were on the third floor for reference.
The bathroom is tiny. We had a step in shower and with the bar in the shower you had to stand sideways it was that small.

Great location for what we wanted, being at the north end of Oro Valley. Room very comfortable and good space.
Would have liked if the room was serviced even if only to replace the coffee, rather than have to go down and ask.
Still nice place to stay

My wife and I came here a month ago and stayed in a king suite with jetted tub. It was magnificent, so we thought we would come back for a longer stay. However, after booking the same room before we even left the hotel, we arrived a month later to find out that the GM the morning of our stay decided that we should be moved to a standard king room and that we would be okay with this swap at the same rate. We were not. The front desk was polite and gave us some advice to address the issue, including the GMs business card, but otherwise could do nothing more since they were over booked and we booked through a credit card. The credit card company is refunding the difference, however that really isn't the point. The GM being such a wonderful human being made sure that the changes he made were past the refund date guaranteeing that we would have to pay for at least one night.
