The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, overlooking the pool and Catalina Hills. The bed and pillows were wonderful. Only stayed one night. There was a Chili's restaurant across the parking lot so we didn't have to do any more driving. Large selection of breakfast items, both hot and cold. Miguel kept the breakfast foods replenished and was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

During our stay they had some of there house keeping staff call off due to illness. The head of housekeeping, Laverne was amazing and worked hard to try to get the rooms cleaned and available as soon as possible. The young lady who was checking people in was friendly, kind, and apologetic. She was under a lot of pressure but she handled it with compassionate professionalism. Wonderful job, Melissa!

While the people at the front desk were courteous and professional, the hotel did not honor our reservation for two queen beds. The reservation was made well in advance. Instead of offering us a discount, they gave us extra points for future stays at a place where they don't honor reservations! We were told that the manager would get in touch, but he did not do so. When we called on two separate occasions, we were told he was not in. We spoke respectfully to the people at the front desk, and they were pleasant. The one-star rating for service relates to the reservation issue, not the front desk staff.

I love the staff, location and the room I have. Yes, the day will come where they need an update but the people who are here (Ray, Daniel, and the G.M. Adam, just to name a few) the cleaning people and the rest of the staff REALLY care! I am amazed at the level of service I have received here at this hotel. What a great place to stay. I love the pool, hot tub, the gym, the parking and the location. It is perfect in my opinion.

This Holiday Inn is very nice but dated. They are starting renovations in December. On the other hand, you could not ask for a better staff. Every of them are very nice, helpful and respectful. I have been here for over a month and they all went out of their way to make me comfortable and happy. I will continue staying here until my project situation change. Highly recommend.
