- STScott Tindal4 days ago4.0Went on a scouting trip for next year since my Sister is an owner. Greens were great looking, and the greenkeeper was very informative. Wasn't able to view the rooms since they were at capacity. I'm definitely looking forward to staying there, and using all of the wonderful amenities.
- SRStefanie ReamesMar 26, 20262.0About 25 chairs and 5 umbrellas by the pool for 12 buildings (assuming about 96 rooms) pool area is small. Bathrooms by the pool SMELL so bad no matter how clean they look something quite possibly died in there and no one has done anything about it all week. Jets don’t work on the hot tub. Room was filthy, as soon as we walked in there were crumbs/debris on my feet. They definitely don’t thoroughly clean in between check out and check in. Bathroom was large but not clean. Bed is comfy. TVs are pointless smaller than a computer monitor. We are owners and this is the 3rd location we’ve been to and by far the worst. Very disappointed to use one of our owner weeks on this experience. If this is what $34k in ownership gets you I wouldn’t recommend buying a Westgate time share to my worst enemy.

Clean rooms with good A/C. Walked every evening off property and felt completely safe. Property bordered on golf course so was very pleasant and quiet. Swimming pool was great with loungers always available.

Called to ask for extermination of the kitchenette area where the roachs had set up a little comfortable nest. No confirmation on that. Polite apology but no attempt otherwise to make this right. Not offered another place to stay . Not offered compensation
