Pros: It's close to downtown Mesa if you have something going on there. The bed is comfortable, and the room is clean. The place was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Cons: No plug for the tub ( but that is not unusual these days) Did not matter because the water would not even turn on. Not even a drop. Could not even take a shower. The plug for the sink does not work correctly. There was no cover for the ironing board, so it was useless. The soda vending machine was not working. There is one washer and one dryer outside by the lobby. The pool looked clean, but I did not use it. No hot tub. Continental breakfast? I did not seen any eggs, sausage, or bacon, unless they put that out at 6 am and it was gone by the time I got there. ( Not a morning person) Good thing I only come to this area once a year. It still seems to have gotten better reviews than the others in the vicinity.

Lobby staff were very kind. Everything with check in and check out went smoothly the room was well maintained and property grounds are also very clean had all the amenities that I was looking for and then it was priced at a great price and located in a centralized City area to get to all of the main hubs around

We just finished a 12night stay at this property for baseball tourneys. Had to book last minute and this place was one of our few options at an okay price.
The rooms are clean and look at lot bigger in the photos. 3 of us shared 2 queen beds and we were pretty cramped. Towels are not great but worked. If you want your room made up you have to ask the front desk, we were not aware and by day 4 wondered why room had not been made up. Breakfast is pretty basic. Continental with a waffle maker.
Pool area has random chairs and tables , no umbrellas. Washer and dryer is circa 1980 on the outside near the lobby and costs 3.00 and a wash and 3.00 for dryer. Walkways have stains and bird crap that were never cleaned up. When you get kicked out of the pool area at 10pm when it closes and are directed to sit outside at the only table covered in bird crap and cigarette butts you may want to just go back to your room. Bit of a sketchy area for sure. Will not be staying here again.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent—right in the city center—and it’s less than a 10-minute drive to the museum we planned to visit the next day. For such a prime location, the price was very reasonable.
The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the beds. The kids absolutely loved them, and we all had a great night’s sleep.
Unfortunately, we ended up missing the breakfast hours and didn’t get a chance to try it, but I believe the quality would likely be just as good.

This is by far #1 hotel to stay at in Mesa on Main St. As a matter of fact the ONLY place anyone should stay at on Main St in Mesa. To my knowledge, there was not one hotel/motel on Main that has a good reputation, until now. I don't even want to write this review because now the rates are going to go up now that the secrets out! Amazing amazing service, legit real complimentary breakfast (not just nutrigrain bars and oatmeal packets), it was SPOTLESS clean, life-size shampoo and conditioner/handsome and lotion like the upscale hotels such as Hilton and Marriott. And all to say at the price of a frickin budget inn! Like... wow! Yall blew me away. ❤️🔥
