- MSMarkis SanchezDec 15, 20251.0Owner immediately, rudely kicked me out after my checkout when my phone was dead and I asked to charge it in the lobby. A front desk clerk told me it was okay if I charged my phone and the owner proceeded to come over with another employee, ganged up on me, threw a public tantrum and kicked me out disgracefully. Saying “Your stay is over. You’ve checked out.” I told him he seems like he’s struggling with insecurity and maybe women in his life would make him happier. He proceeded to shout in front of multiple guests in the lobby: “I HAVE PLENTY OF HOES!” Multiple times he loudly made it a point that he has an abundance of women and that he does not respect them. My partner heard this and was shocked. Also be warned they have a $200 deposit and with an owner who acts like this I’m concerned if I’m going to actually receive my deposit back in my back account or if he will give me trouble in getting my deposit back. For your own sake, please stay somewhere where the owner doesn’t treat his guests like he treats his supposed women in his life - Kicked out immediately after he gets his service and your money.

- JRJason RiveraNov 17, 20251.0Honestly worst customer service I have received. I was there for a work trip and we left two days early. I left my card keys in the room for them and walked down to leave and was charged for two days that I was not even there. Called from desk spoke to "Tammy" I believe and she was the most rude manager I have talked to. She was very snooty and irritated and instead of trying to help with anything said too bad there is nothing she can do and she will not be refunding or helping us out with the situation. This is a customer service field and honestly she is not the right face for something of this sort because that's not how you go about it in a customer service setting. She tried to say " the do not disturb signs were left up so nobody knew to go in and check" when I in fact am sure I took that off since I was leaving. I would not recommend this place to anybody because if something goes wrong they are NOT willing to help you or even talk to you as a human. Do not waste your time at this hotel because you'll get more headaches than usual. I will be letting corporate know about this as well.
