- JRJason RiveraNov 17, 20251.0Honestly worst customer service I have received. I was there for a work trip and we left two days early. I left my card keys in the room for them and walked down to leave and was charged for two days that I was not even there. Called from desk spoke to "Tammy" I believe and she was the most rude manager I have talked to. She was very snooty and irritated and instead of trying to help with anything said too bad there is nothing she can do and she will not be refunding or helping us out with the situation. This is a customer service field and honestly she is not the right face for something of this sort because that's not how you go about it in a customer service setting. She tried to say " the do not disturb signs were left up so nobody knew to go in and check" when I in fact am sure I took that off since I was leaving. I would not recommend this place to anybody because if something goes wrong they are NOT willing to help you or even talk to you as a human. Do not waste your time at this hotel because you'll get more headaches than usual. I will be letting corporate know about this as well.

- MSMia sciandraOct 22, 20253.0The room is ok,small but clean. The location is fantastic because there is quick access to the freeway. The front desk people are nice but management leaves a lot to be designed. The major issue is that I extended several times until my house is ready and didn't charge the full price for the extension and then decided to run my card without my authorization leaving my car in a negative balance which is crippled me and I'm still trying to straighten it out. Make sure when they run your card that you're aware of when they're running it. I'm currently disputing it. Just be aware so that you don't go through the same thing I'm going through now for 2 weeks.
