I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if you’re going as a team or group. They are a ‘stay & play’ hotel, which attracts groups, but they don’t accommodate groups; they more so discriminate. This hotel is next to the freeway. If you have a room overlooking the pool you are good. If you have a room overlooking the freeway - just don’t. But good luck to ya if they won’t change your room just cuz you’re in a group 👍🏻 Because I was “in a group” as a coach they wouldn’t change my room to an available king upon check in (whatever, I’ll live). They wouldn’t change my room the next morning to an available quieter one. I was up all night from the freeway noise. They first say “nothing is available”, but when you respond with “there are rooms available online”, they then switch their answer to “oh, well you’re in a group. We don’t do that for groups”. They also wouldn’t allow me late check out so I could shower after my games. I’m reserved as a group so, no shower for me I guess. Even just his attitude, no thank you 🙄 Thankfully they changed my room after I had gone up three or four times and demanded to speak to the manager. I was SO grateful they finally changed it, but I shouldn’t have to get mad first. They wouldn’t do the same for my player, who later checked out of the hotel to a different place. Please don’t be a ‘stay & play’ hotel if you can’t or won’t accommodate groups. Make a general cap of doable late check outs so it accommodates those that need it and won’t impact your staff. Don’t penalize a group. When there’s an available room that’s quieter for a single or anyone booked in a group, change it so we can sleep! You’re next to a freeway..

The hotel is not too good looking but everything is clean and works. Now, the service is incredible! Edmarie, Stephanie, Brandon, Sonia, Pauline and Raul were the people who I dealt with during the 4 days I stayed there and I am kind of missing them already!

I have been staying at this hotel for business for the last 15 years. I could pick anywhere in the area to stay I want, but I always come back to this location for one reason. The customer service is a cut above the rest. Raul, who works in the restroom has been here as long as I’ve been Staying. He is the main reason I keep returning every time I come to town very friendly, remembers my name and goes above and beyond to make me comfortable as I’m sure he would you.
