- ACA C4 days ago1.0Booked a double bed for a DPL soccer league game 3 weeks ago. Got called by Zach who works for the hotel and we’re told we had to cancel and that we have to book differently, but was guaranteed the same room and rate. Did as he said and go to rebook and the room isn’t available! Zach says he can’t do anything about it but we can get a king suite with a sofa bed so we book that. Four days before we leave for Arizona from California we are told we need to cancel and rebook again. My husband argues and tells him no because he promised us before that we’d have the same room and didn’t and fellow players were having their rooms canceled altogether when rebooking. Zach tells us never mind it’s ok we can keep our room and no need to rebook. We fly into the airport and drive straight to the hotel tonight, only to be told our room was canceled 11min before our arrival by Zach. Zach is not here and there isn’t a room big enough to accommodate my family, so they put us in a king suite with no roll away bed or sofa couch for my 14 yr old daughter, my husband and myself. My husband is currently sleeping on the floor because we’re exhausted and it’s 1:30am. We don’t even get a room card, we were escorted to this room and told we’d take care of it in the morning! Mean while the floor has pieces of food all over it like it hasn’t been vacuumed and my husband threw a sheet over it and laid down anyway! Absolute worst experience we’ve ever had and we would not recommend it to stay here because clearly they don’t know what they’re doing!

Intended for long stays so only clean once a week…but then didn’t have supplies past two days (my room had 2 coffees and 1 spoon). Rooms aren’t bad, beds are comfortable…just needs some work in terms of maintenance and stocking rooms
