- JNJason Neumann2 days ago3.0Stayed here 3 nights in December 2025 for work meetings down the 202 and visiting snowbird family in Mesa. Hotel opened in summer 2025. It looks nice and was very clean for my stay but is unfinished - see the pic of room closet. There are hangers but not place to hang your clothes up. Being a long term stay place, housekeeping is infrequent or on request which is fine for a solo traveler. Drawbacks were the non-functional coffee machine and lack of additional coffee ground packs for the machine in my room. Whoever leases these automated grinders/brewers to IHG should have a service contract to deploy a tech next day, especially in a place like the PHX metro. I also realize your order of coffee packs was delayed. Room coffee packs could have been sourced from a Costco or smart and final type of place. Hot tub worked well and was pleasant to enjoy a beer or two one evening. This candlewood suites appeared like a good value when booking the room but I might try other locations nearby the next time I need to stay in the East valley.

- BABeee anonDec 3, 20255.0This appears to be a brand new facility. So affording them a little bit of grace that they haven't got all the kinks worked out yet. I was only here for three nights, even though it's meant for longer stays. I didn't have a need for the kitchen, laundry or the in room desk/office area - but they look to be very accommodating. The bathroom was large and the bedding was very cozy. Didn't care for the clothing rack. It was very flimsy and portable. It's not tall enough to accommodate full length dresses. I come to this area several times a year, so I will likely stay here again providing the pricing stays reasonable.
