Upon check in we were instantly told our dog couldn't be there though our check in notes stated we had a service dog. You are no longer allowed to eat breakfast in your room and we were scolded for using our personal coffee mugs for coffee. The couple employees that were still there were just a kind and wonderful but the new ones lack personality and are not as friendly.

Then when we checked in and they said the hold 100 dollars and if there was any pet damage or anything else then they would keep the deposit. It was me and my elder parents the next morning I was out shopping and my mother called scared yelling someone just come in to the room yelling about the dog saying it wasn't allowed. I came back and went to the office and she said that I would need to talk to the manager called him the next day and he said he would call back, he didnt. Just got off the phone with him and he said in his words "YOUR A LIER". NOT COOL.
