  I paid $177 for a one-night stay, plus a $100 deposit, for my son (18) and his friends (all adults) after a long hiking trip. They checked in after 4 PM, left around midnight for their hike, and returned exhausted at 10:38 AM—just before checkout. Due to safety concerns about them driving long distances while fatigued, I called the front desk to politely ask about a possible late checkout. Instead of a simple yes or offering a paid option, the staff member raised her voice and stated that “the company is losing money,” which was both unprofessional and unnecessary. I fully understand hotel policies and would have been willing to pay an additional fee. However, there is no excuse for speaking to customers in that manner. For nearly $300 total, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, which unfortunately was not provided. I advise to find a better hotel.

  Had a wonderful dining experience in the breakfast nook. You can tell the gal that works it, is committed to excellence. She always has the food hot and fresh. She really does have everything prepared like she was at home preparing it for her family. If you don't pay this woman what she's worth, I am afraid you'll lose her.

  Wish I could leave a better review. Had very friendly service and breakfast was good as well. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and not like the beds I am used to from a Best Western. Had an issue with a homeless guy outside the door to my room but give credit to thee management that they immediately went out and got them to leave. Not sure I would stay again.

  I got dropped off by the tow truck at 11:45 pm and the receptionist can't give me a key for the room for which I have confirmation email while her computer screen is frozen for 15 minutes of tech support. 25 minutes after I arrived, the credit card machine isn't working to take my deposit (after I already paid online) and thus receptionist can't get to next screen to identify which room is available to give me a key! 30 minutes to finally get to bed.
