  We stayed 2 nights. It was very noisy from street traffic, which was very disappointing for the cost of the room. So be prepared for that. However, it was ideally located to walk to the London Bridge, to dinner, or to shops. Staff was helpful and excellent. Thanks Tyler for your suggestions!

  Really impressed with this hotel. Staff was super friendly checking us in, asking where we're from, if we have grandkids etc. My number one reason is the shower! Great water pressure, roomy and ladies a ledge to rest your foot while shaving your legs. Men you just don't know how important that is!! The room was very large, high ceilings and quiet. Bed was acceptable, not as soft as I like but adequate. Nice little chase lounge in the room to stretch out on as well. Plenty of room for you luggage. Very clean. Nice hot breakfast included.

  Nice clean rooms right on the River. Tons of entertainment within walking distance. Will be back again!

  Este hotel se encuentra en buen lugar,para caminar en el puente y sus tiendas,restaurantes y atracciones,todo queda serquitas, no necesitas carro y el personal atiende muy bien.

  For whatever reason this hotel will not let you check in one minute before 3pm, the listed check in time. I arrived early and asked if I might be allowed to check in a little early and the front desk acted like they were checking for a room then told me my room wasn't available yet. I then sat in the lobby and watched as the staff did the same to everyone who came in before 3pm. Then, magically, at 3pm, everyone's rooms were available and there was a rush at the desk. Seems the staff could relieve some stress if they had let some guests check in early instead of having a line up to get in. I am sure it's a manager's decision and staff are just doing what they are told but it was very annoying to listen to them play games with everyone who came in before 3pm. The free breakfast was very good with the standard Holiday inn free breakfast, there was plenty to eat and a lot of room to sit down and enjoy your food.
