The lady I had anyway insisted on having my wife's 's driver slides which I forgot to bring to prove it was really me even though I logged on to her account and handed her my phone to prove it was really me. She still didn't believe me. I had to be carrying her driver's license which I thought I had anyway but it was my global entry. We traveled. We travel a lot and I have never run into anything like this. Otherwise. This is an excellent hotel in a terrific location. Clean other people are nice. Good checkout. Good parking could be better except for bad experience checking in.

Front guy where you check was rude asking everyone why they were here when they checked in. (In a very rude manner)Then when I got to my room 90° . And to top it off again this is a brand new hotel. We are in 2025. Why in the hell do you not have smart 📺 tvs. !! I honestly want a refund for that exact reason. Smart tvs are only like $100 dollars why are you putting old tvs in ur room !This is a old TV with old channels. This made my time here in my room miserable. For the very beginning from checking in. So pissed ! The owner should be embarrassed. Spend the money and get smart tvs so your guest can actually watch the TV in there room. The room's already overpriced.Use the money that you're pocketing from your profits and get good smart tvs!!!
- LELauren ElliottDec 4, 20252.0I feel like I need to warn everyone! We have stayed here before and it was good. Breakfast is great. I made this reservation months ahead of time. We were put in room 229 and there was some sort of mechanical noise that kept me up all night long. Literally, we did not sleep at all. I called the front desk asking if they knew how long it would last and he said that he didn't know what I was talking about. When we checked out in the morning, I let the gal at the front desk know about the noise and she told me that they usually don't rent out room 229 because of that noise. It's right next to the buildings AC unit. She said that they were full so they had to rent it out. I am upset because I got stuck with room 229 even though I made my reservation far in advance. I probably won't stay there again.
