  Fantastic pet friendly stay!! The service was amazing, and the on property amenities were a bonus! We ended up booking this place last minute heading home from Vegas and can’t wait to come back!! The tiki bar/restaurant was a huge bonus! Gorgeous views and property 10/10!

  Haven't stayed here, but dined here many times. The setting is absolutely amazing with a view of the Bay and city. The food is delicious too. When I was young this was the best place to enjoy the beach and slide on the sloped grass into the water 🏄

  We have stayed at the Nautical many times with our pets. Then all of a sudden they don't let you stay in the upper level rooms that allows you to walk straight in to your room from the parking lot!! We are both 65 with back issues and the lower level rooms only have stairs! But on the very end there's a dirt ramp to try and roll our luggage down! Lol Then we finally get to our room and it smelled like dog poop!!! I go back to the front desk and the girls in the back were rude! I heard them say tell her there is only one other Lower level room we can offer! And not the upper level!! You would think a manager would have come out to talk with me! But NOOO!! So rude! So I canceled the reservation because I had the insurance with Expedia! I called Michael at the Heat hotel and he was very nice and accommodating 👌 👍 I will never stay at The Nautical again because of how I was treated!!!

  LOUD MAINTENANCE AND YARD WORK FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. One employee both times I've stayed is hell bent on making excessive noise early in the morning. HE IS ALSO SUPER RUDE AND INHOSPITABLE. We come here for relaxation, party, pool and lake and TO SLEEP IN AWAY FROM ALARM CLOCKS AND WORK! I REALLY WISH THIS EMPLOYEE WOULD BE EITHER REPREMANDED OR FIRED. EVERYONE ELSE IS QUIET 🤫 AND RESPECTFUL. i worked hilton hotels as GM for a long time ive found when you have one employee with a behavior like his it can ruin your hospitality score, relationships with guests, employee relationships. The nautical is a cool place to have a weed in the bunch is a thorn in our stay. OTHER THAN THAT LOVE THIS PLACE!

  We didn't stay here but went to the restaurant located in the resort. So I couldn't rate the room. Staff on property was very friendly and always said hi as you walked by. The waterfront view was fantastic and beautiful. The store was stocked with nice clothing and snacks. If you forgot anything they might have it in the store. Very convenient location on property.
