- RDRick DJan 6, 20265.0This is exactly what we were looking for. Great beach access and nice onsite restaurant. The room is large and clean. Beds were comfortable. In line with my expectation for an on-beach experience. Pool area was immaculate. Very pet friendly.

Staff on property was very friendly and always said hi as you walked by. The waterfront view was fantastic and beautiful. The store was stocked with nice clothing and snacks. If you forgot anything they might have it in the store. Very convenient location on property.

Lynul grounds keeper has a PUNGENT ATTITUDE that leaves an aroma with your stay. Leaf blowing in the am at a resort in the winter in the 🏜 desert.When asked to stop the little tot rev'ed his blower at me, I looked him in his eyes and told him you're in big trouble, he started saying over and over ill use a broom, confrontation with ZERO HOSPITALITY is what took place and for most could destroy a stay for the first couple hours just waking up. I am gm of hilton properties over 15yrs and the employees are what makes this place miserable. The front desk was kind enough. This is labeled resort, one thing we deal with to much in daily life is leaf blowers , golf carts/ cars and beeping from trash trucks or work vehicles. When you need a break and choose a resort in lake havasu you should wake up to quiet 🤫 feeling relaxed. I can say that a more aware trained staff could make this place to notch. NAUTICAL TAKE YOUR LEAF BLOWERS AND THROW THEM IN THE TRASH!
