  We had a wonderful time here. Room was clean and huge. A lot of great amenities, great breakfast. My kid loved the heated pool. We will definitely come back when in town.

  What isn't there to love about this place. Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms. Amazing location. A little welcome goodie bag upon check in. Regularly checking in with us to make sure everything is good. Great amenities. Thank you Home2 Suites.

  I had a great stay at the home2 suites I have nothing but awesome things to say about the staff and the presentation of the facilities. Only bummer was the outdoor area closes at 10pm. It’s such a beautiful area with a propane fire pit and gated pool, I wish I could have stayed out there longer. I also want to note that the self checkout for snacks and food in the lobby was amazing!

  There is no parking at this hotel for patrons with personal cars. Most of the parking spaces are blocked for rv boat parking and some construction vehicles. When I addressed this issue with staff I was told to park in a “dirt field” across from the hotel. I have expensive electric car and there is zero light at the dirt field. Also, the driveway to the dirt field is not easily visible at night when I arrived. It’s not clear where to go and where exactly the dirt field parking is. My reservation was booked through a company I work for but I do have gold membership with Hilton. The hotel advertises that it provides free parking but it does not state it's a parking in a “dirt field” 10 minutes walk from the hotel. When I pointed this out to the staff, Denise responded in text messages which I still have on my phone that she “didn’t know that parking is so important to me” and she is “sorry I didn’t get what I want”. Did she think that I came on foot or by bus to this remote area and parking was not important to me at all? I came there for work and having a place to park is very important to me. In addition, the sheets/ blanket smelled like they were not washed since last time someone slept there. The customer service at this hotel is rude, disrespectful and bully. If you raise an issue with them, they will try to bully you in being demanding. I have been loyal customer of Hilton for years and always ask my company to book with Hilton on work related trips. Next time I make sure to request Marriott!
