  Stayed here for work and the beginning of the month. The check in process was one of the easiest ever through the Hilton app, never made contact with anyone that works there not even once, used the app for everything (key, remote, information, etc) and it was great. I stayed in the room above the main entrance and was afraid there would be lots of noise, which to my surprise there was not. Overall, the room was ok. Only negatives I noticed is that the microwave had food splatter all over the inside, the fridge smelled funny when opened and there was some sort of black oil all over the body wash bottle. Other than that, the rest of the room was clean and the check out process was just as easy as check in.

  Whatever management is doing differently here is working. It’s obvious that staff is content and treated well here. Cheryl (sheryl?) does a wonderful job keeping the hotel clean. West coast best coast! Thanks for the hospitality team lake havasu. :)

  Upon arrival I found: the TV didn't work, only nonstick pans available were scratched beyond safe usage, no parking anywhere on the property...this is a Hilton property? It's a sad, shabby property with cheap and tacky decor located off a busy four lane. Not a good look for the Hilton brand.

  A very nice and easy stay. All of the staff was wonderful! Their complementary breakfast buffet was pretty good, it’s not going to have your traditional scrambled eggs and sausages, but there was 2 waffle makers for 4 mini waffles and 1 large waffle. There was also everything to make a breakfast sandwich with egg bacon and cheese. Additionally, plenty of juice and coffee options, along with oatmeal, yogurt and some pastries. The room itself was quite spacious and well equipped with the plenty of outlets and amenities. The TV could be better. The YouTube app didn’t allow us to watch a movie that we purchased after signing into my account. Also, I wish there was a direct connect for my phone so I could play audio from the TV. It would be nice if the hotel offered HDMI cables to port into on each TV. My only other wish is that the hotel would offer bathrobes and/or slippers for your stay. It’s always nice to have attire for in the hotel or making a short trip to the ice machine. Josi checked us out and was super kind and helpful!

  Front desk was helpful and polite during check-in and throughout my stay. Nightstand had built-in USB and AC outlets. Very large desk, dresser and closet areas including a lot of countertop space. Privacy and a total darkness pull down shade. Nice large walk-in shower. Good amount of powder space on vanity. Sink stopper works. Faucet lover is reversed for hot and cold. I had to reboot the cable box in the back of the TV the second night. For whatever reason when you turn the TV on, it kept saying no HDMI one source. There was a source button shown on screen, but the remote would not allow you to click it. What was nice is they made it fairly easy to connect your own streaming device such as Roku or fire stick. Air conditioner got rather loud at times, so I think it needs service. Yes I told the front desk, but not until I was checking out. Maintenance issues needs to do a better job with water softener. They are adding way too much citizen is impossible to take a slime free shower using either the hotels liquid body wash or my bar of Dove soap that is known to avoid that type of feeling. Unfortunately, that was not the case with my stay. Personally, I have reservations with the liquid soaps that are provided in hotel rooms. Never know what somebody could put in them. I do understand why they prefer to use that because they throw away a lot less soap in the form of bars, perhaps to save money. However, I’m no expert, but I would assume you probably use close to a bar soap of liquid body wash every time you shower. So are you really saving money? You can walk around the right side of the building and then veer right to a path to walk down through the park behind the building to get to the River walk. Turn right and in about 15-minutes you’ll be at the London Bridge.
