Usually I have a great experience at home2 suites but at this location the housekeeping was terrible. I checked into the hotel and it looked like the bed linen wasn't changed and there were makeup stains on one of the pillows. There were stains all over the floor and it looked like it wasnt cleaned. I stayed there 7 days and they only cleaned my room one time. The only time they did clean I had to ask them to because otherwise it wouldn't have been done.

My wife accidentally left her Kindle in the room when we checked out and didn't realize it until we got home to Tucson. I immediately called in the morning and so far we've been told that it hasn't been found? Management told me Monday that she reviewed the cameras and saw housekeeping take the bedding off and did not see anything on the video? There's a lot more to the story and I've been waiting for almost a week for the manager to reach out to me and tell me if maintenance found it behind the headboard area. I was told they "would not" pay to replace the unit. Let me reiterate what I mentioned prior.. "MANAGEMENT REVIEWED THE CAMERA IN THE ROOM" and saw nothing? I may be forced to consult my attorney about a privacy issue.

For $260 a night, I expected a much better experience—especially when it comes to customer service and parking. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, there was absolutely no regular parking available. The only option was the boat/trailer parking area, so we parked there and immediately went to the front desk to ask if that was okay. The front desk attendant told us it was fine. The next morning, we woke up to a note on our windshield stating that we needed to move our vehicle to regular parking or the dirt lot. At this price point, being told to park in a dirt lot is completely unacceptable. Parking at this hotel is clearly insufficient and needs serious attention. On top of that, customer service was very disappointing. We asked the front desk if they had foam pillows, and the only response we got was, “I don’t know.” Unfortunately, that was the same response to nearly everything we asked her—just “I don’t know,” with no attempt to find out or help. Overall, the lack of parking solutions and poor front desk service made this stay frustrating and not worth the price. I expected much better from a Hilton property.
