Nice newish hotel, clean, firmish bed but comfortable. Nice breakfast. Close to busy road so some noise from traffic but not too bad. If you are a light sleeper might pay to have some ear plugs.

The hotel was fine, but there are a few things that could be improved. The room was clean, but some areas felt a bit outdated. The service was friendly, though sometimes inconsistent. With a few upgrades, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

The GM and her front end staff is completely against veteran’s. Couldn’t leave post due to flooding and they still wanna charge u a night for a room u didn’t stay in. And the wife called way before the 3 pm check in! That is a lie that is not company policy. That must be your policy. I work for Hilton for many years and know what the policy is at least on the corporate side. And please don’t claim you love your veterans when you see and black and white the photos and if you truly supported the military and veterans, you wouldn’t be violating their federal rights they have rights that you don’t have as a civilian and this happens to be one of them and you’re trampling on it. Don’t worry I’ve taken plenty of photos to pass out to all the veteran organizations I can come across. I hope not on one of them ever visit you or your hotel again but don’t worry I’ll be out there as your best salesman advertising how great of a service you do for veterans in military again violating their federal rights. Don’t care what your company policy is she has federal rights on active duty….

Booked a room on the app. Somehow we got checked in without us hitting the button. I am active duty and was working that day so I was unable to contact the hotel immediately. During that time the installation was put under a flood warning and all off post travel was ceased. I contacted the hotel and they would not assist in canceling the room. The only road out of the installation flooded as seen in the early pictures. It only got worse from that time. I can’t believe a company that works so much with military is unable to work with individuals during a weather emergency. Why should I be charged when we never used the room, called before check in time and were never able to leave the installation?!?! This has been the worst customer service a GM has offered in over 20 years staying with this company. If this is the way they want to treat active duty and veterans I’m sure they will loose plenty of business from here on out.
