  We had a great experience staying with Best Western. The rooms are spacious, with modern decor including nice lamps of different styles and ample USB-C and standard plugins. The beds were very comfortable and most importantly, clean and bug-free. The bedding feels clean and smells fresh, no gross top blanket you have to pull off. Additionally the bedding is white which can be bleached. The guest service exceeded all standards. We had the pleasure of coordinating our stay with Jazzman, who was friendly and offered genuine hospitality. She made us feel right at home and was able to secure us our ideal room and then some. The other staff present Rebacca and Josh were also helpful and so friendly. The breakfast was big and had many options. They have a rotating menu, during our stay they served Italian sliders, eggs, potatoes, and sausage, alongside a nice waffle bar, bagels/bread/pastries, juice, coffee, yogurt, in-house pudding, and fresh fruit. It was a nice spread and we were happy with the choices.

  I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The staff is extremely friendly. The front desk attendants are warm and welcoming. The breakfast has a lot of options with excellent service. The rooms are modern with coffee pods and a recycling bin ♻️. The beds are very comfortable with quality pillows and plenty of them. I always get a room with a sofa bed and the bedding for it is in the room. I never have to ask the front desk, which happens all the time elsewhere. The rooms have been cleaned well and smell pleasant. It is a nice option for Kingman.

  It was a nice hotel for us in our budget. We needed a handicap shower and they have rooms with them. It was one of the nicer handicap showers we've had in a hotel. The hot breakfast was good. This morning they had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There was also waffles, cereal, bagel's or toast. You could go lite with yogurt and fruit. Everything was clean. The customer service was great! We had trouble getting our WiFi to work and within a couple of minutes they were at our room to help. The room was clean and comfortable.

  Staff was great. Room stunk badly of cigarettes. For a non smoking room it was just saturated. Bassist was good. Could hear the train,made me think of my cousin Vinny. Lol.
