- BRbob robinson2 days ago2.0Arrived at King's Inn on 11/22 and got a room. After we got moved in, I adjusted the thermostat with no results. Went to the office, and was told the entire building heating system was down. Why wasn't I told before I checked in? Room temp. was 66 before dark. Might be 60 in the morning. Desk agent offered blankets or space heater. No space heater available. Not what I expect from Best Western! I expect to get a substantial discount when I contact the company. ..... To be continued.

The hotel has been updated, posses the amenities that come with the brand, but still has a mildew odor in the room. The staff is great at check in, and at the included breakfast.

Leider zum negativem: die Nacht war mit 11 Grad kalt und ich hätte gerne leicht die Heizung an gehabt aber leider ging diese nicht und wir hatten nur kalte Luft. Der Pool im Innenbereich war auch geschlossen, was mich sehr geärgert hat denn ich habe mich wegen dem Pool für das Hotel entschieden! Wir sind normalerweise jährlich in Kingman. Sehr schade, nächstes Mal müssen wir dann wieder ein anderes Hotel wählen. Frühstück war ok
