  DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel or should I say motel is not any where near the Best Western caliber that I am accustomed to. This was more like a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. It was not clean, the rooms were old and drab. I was afraid to stay there. I would have rather slept in my vehicle. I think that the photos were photoshopped as nothing in real life appeared like them. Best Western needs to go check this establishment to access whether this is a venue that they want on their hotel roster. I would not recommend this motel on any terms. I am thankful Expedia refunded my money because the hotel refused to.

  Update to owners admission of tax fraud & theft of thousands of dollars: When purchasing a business, the debt is transferred or paid off at sale. Since it was not paid off, it transferred to these ghosting folks. Either stock or asset, that working account for the direct day to day business is transferred to new owners. I emailed corporate HQ first, who said this franchise WILL have all files in their licensed software, that transfers owners easily. The new owners stopped replying to my emails about 3 years ago and going on 3 months of them not getting back to me after a in person. Terrible to non-existent service. My dying mother, 2 of her housebroken little dogs and 2 cats stayed here when our house delivery was 3 months late and nowhere else to stay in town. Room was spotless upon leaving with zero smell. I even detailed the room, when we left after a few months. Talked to management a couple times over the last few years and they still have not given the security deposit back. Zero damage and they didn’t even have to vacuum or clean glass after my family. Manager just stone walls you with lies. Not family friendly. Even if you pick up other people’s dog poop…no honor here

  Nice clean hotel in the desert right off the highway. The front desk guy was very nice and friendly, and they have complimentary water with 24 hour hot coffee fresh out the machine. I definitely recommend this place.

  Update 2: after 2 weeks and several conversations a refund was finally issued. Update: after contacting support for at minimum a partial refund, zero compensation has been offered. Absolute worst hotel experience I've ever encountered and I routinely drive coast to coast. Never staying with a best western again. I advise you to steer clear as well. Room was clean but heater quit working. It was 18 degrees outside. Called front desk at 3:30 am, they offered me a blanket or "maybe a space heater if they could find one". Ended up leaving after 4 hours of freezing attempted sleep to sleep in my car on a highway offramp.
