- PEPaula EbertNov 14, 20253.0Check-in and welcome went very well. Front desk associates were professional and courteous. Rooms were ok; could really use an update. The air conditioner, especially. When it ran, it was extremely noisy and did not seem to put out a lot of cooling air. We had some drinks late afternoon and our waitress, Ashley (I think) was very courteous and attentive. Breakfast in the morning was not great. Ordering was easy and drinks came quickly; however, our basic orders had very cold potatoes, bacon, and toast; eggs were ok. The last 3 couples at the table received their orders before the first 2 couples which didn’t seem right, especially since we were on a schedule and needed to get in/out. Also, ice machines were not working much are kind of critical to what appeared to be a busy hotel.

- PCP COct 9, 20254.0Best Western was critical in helping with transitioning to my new home. Without this hotel, the entire moving process would have fallen apart, and I would have been left without a place to stay for at least 3 days before I could move into my new house. Moving is always rough, but being in limbo with no place to stay would have been terrible, so kudos to Best Western for being there and being accommodating! The building and rooms are a little older, which is kind of to be expected in an area like Green Valley. But using a suite or similar room is a really good setup for special situations. The service itself was excellent, and kudos to Best Western for being willing to accommodate pets! Boarding my two cats in a kennel wasn't going to be an option so Best Western really came through!
