- JTJacob TschetterDec 29, 20251.0Hotel is falling apart. Door to the bathroom looks like it was pried open. Shower drains so slowly it might as well not drain at all. The heater (according to the front desk) makes a low humming whenever turned on (by the front desk). This is a terrible hotel and I would recommend a tent on the side of the road over this hotel.

Noise was a problem with guests parked outside playing their boom boxes early in the morning and tripping their beepers which is universal. Then there were the noisy family across the hall and in the room above me.
- TCT. CharityDec 15, 20254.0The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are getting a remodel and upgrades. The new colors look great even though we were not in a newer room. We have a preferred location and those will be done when we go back. The attached restaurant has great staff and the free breakfast has a nice selection to choose from. There are several other restaurants within walking distance in the same large parking lot and complex. Mario McGee's is one of our favorites. The location is great as it's within a short drive to Tubac, Madera Canyon, and other places to visit and explore. It will be 5 Stars after all the rooms are updated.
- BSBrian SauerDec 13, 20251.0Possibly one of the worst hotel rooms i have stayed in. The bathroom was horrible. Mold painted over. Painted over tile pealing in the shower. The bed sheets filled with sand. The smell of the room was gross. The beds are like sleeping on concrete. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. I had asked to swith rooms because the condition of my room was so bad. Her response was jaw dropping. She told me to check out and find another hotel. They are under construction. Both at check in and when I asked to change my room they thought I was a construction worker. I was told "you workers" already have several updated rooms. I am a customer NOT a worker. Apparently my room was one of the worse they had. When I checked out the same woman at the front desk made a comment to her coworker as I was walking out the front door that I was the guy that didn't like his room. Both laughing at me. So in conclusion if you want to pay a lot for a horrible room and enjoy being treated like crap by the staff then the Best Western in Green Valley is the place for you.
