- AAana3 days ago1.0Very poor experience. The hotel had no hot water, which was not communicated at check-in. I had an event within the hour and pre-arranged transportation, so I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. Management denied a refund and offered an inappropriate resolution that required switching hotels twice, even after I explained I would be staying out most of the night and not return until almost 6am they still wanted me to play musical chairs between the hotels. Extremely disappointing communication and customer service. I have emailed the general manager and assistant manager multiple times, I went in twice to speak with someone prior to my departure and I have yet to receive a response. I’ve called multiple times and no response.

I only chose this hotel because my usual one was sold out, I won't be choosing this one again. Some kind of security up front would be nice. Also the fridge was rusty and gross, not keeping my drinks cold.

And cleanliness is important to me thats why they deserve 5 star. The other thing is the breakfast is good and the cook is very friendly and accommodating, her Name is Josephine .she always the breakfast area is neat and clean , that is very important to all guest . I surely will b back at this hotel again , when me and my Boyfriend will decide a staycation in the westside .
