  Room was great and staff was warm and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Diamond status was recognized and we were given plenty of water and snacks at checkin. Our kids loved how comfortable the beds were, even the pullout couch. The outdoor pool was very cold so our family was not able to enjoy (outdoor weather was plenty warm, the water was just freezing). The bigger issue for us personally was that the front desk gentleman and the lady helping with breakfast were not able to locate the ingredients list for some key breakfast items (sausage, bacon, etc) even though it’s posted “If you have special dietary requirements or allergies and wish to know about the food ingredients used, please ask a member of our team.” My 6 year old has serious soy, dairy and peanut allergies but usually can have at least a couple key breakfast items at all hotels we stay at. He was super bummed. It didn’t feel like the staff was well trained and sensitive to families with serious food allergies. We even said if they can just find the discarded boxes we will be glad to review ourselves, but no such luck. For the average traveler this is a very new, clean and comfortable hotel.

  Casey the front desk girl was amazing and Glo was also super friendly. I had had amazing experience overall. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are spacious and clean. 10/10stay

  Amazing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Goodyear Phoenix West. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable with plenty of space. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even better. The location is perfect—easy access to food, shopping, and the freeway, yet still quiet and relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
