One Safety issue I have is the bathroom floor and shower are very slick and there’s no decals or anything to prevent you from falling. This morning I went down to the breakfast that is served and it was disgusting , The food was cold. The biscuits were hard. I know it’s not a five star restaurant, but at least serve edible food to people.

- VSvero shellAug 4, 20253.0I got there at 1:45 am checked in went to go get food got into my room the room was very nice but my AC wasn't working and it's hot in Arizona by 3:30am we had to move into another room around 4:30 1 hour in to it the lady in the front was very rude about it it is not my fault their unit wasn't working and these rooms are not cheap, so now I'm so exhausted and tired and sleepy finally going to sleep by 6:30am they were pounding on my door to pay again if I was going to stay so it it doesn't matter if you checked in at 4 in the morning you have to pay again by 10:00 a.m. keep that in mind that lady was so rude was worse in the one in the morning, the staffing here the people are so rude that's my only complaint with this place other than the room AC didn't work, . And give me an attitude when we asked for another room. The staff here does not know how to treat people. And I'm in the entire staff Maid's included. (Sad)
