The hotel employees are absolutely horrible! My company messed up on the dates and we had our stuff in the room and instead of calling and letting us know they just threw everything in a trash bag, toiletries, drinks,food, computers etc. The rooms were horrible shower didn't work great and the room had a horrible smell. The breakfast was a joke they shouldn't be able to call themselves a best western plus! 10 out of 10 recommend NOT staying at this hotel

The hotel is old and not maintained. Bath door had hole in it. Cracks on toliet lid and around door. The beds are comfortable, but there were holes in the side of the mattress. The refrigerator and heater/AC unit was very loud. Walls paper thin. You can hear neighbors and neighborhood is noisy. It didn't quiet down until 4 a.m. The breakfast was ok, but eggs were not hot, bacon not cooked all the way, and they were constantly out of things. We had to go to front desk to get plates and silver. Juice machine didn't work. It was pricey at over $100/night for quality.

A colleague and I stayed here for one night while working nearby, and unfortunately the experience fell far below even basic expectations. The property felt noticeably run-down and was not very clean, but the most concerning issue was that the hotel did not have functioning hot water.
When I called the front desk in the morning, I was told that *“the hotel doesn’t have hot water, but if you let it run for 5–10 minutes it will turn normal — not hot, but normal.”* For $130 a night, having working hot water is a reasonable standard, and this was never communicated at check-in.
When I checked out, I let the front desk attendant, V — who was very polite — know about the problem again, and he said maintenance was “on the way.” I then requested to speak with the manager and was given a phone number since the manager, Abi, was not on site. Over the next two weeks, I left multiple messages with both V and Hannah, as well as several direct messages and email for Abi. I never received a single call back nor reply.
I finally contacted Best Western corporate for assistance, and only then was the manager reachable. His response was deeply disappointing. He denied all the issues entirely, ignored my written communication, and even claimed there were no reports from staff — the same staff I had informed multiple times. It was clear there was no willingness to acknowledge or address legitimate concerns.
The lack of accountability, the poor condition of the hotel, and the disregard for guests paint a troubling picture. I am not surprised that I witnessed a member of the cleaning staff crying in the hallway after what sounded like mistreatment.
This was an unprofessional and uncomfortable stay from start to finish. We will not be returning, and I hope this review encourages management to take responsibility and improve the conditions for both guests and staff.
