  Great customer service, fast check in. It's early so I have had my breakfast so no sure what that's like. I did find a bug on my pillow in the early hours and couldn't go back to sleep

  This BW was located across the street from a surgery center that I had to be at 6am the next morning. That is why I chose to stay there and the fact that they were pet friendly. With taxes and pet fees the room was over $200 for one night. The entry door to the room was so hard to open I had to force it with my shoulder each time I tried to open it. The sliding glass door leading to the pet area would not open so each time my pet needed the facilities I had to walk her around the building. The walkways were disgustingly dirty. The room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom sink and the handle to the shower faucet was missing. Best Western Hotels should be ashamed to allow this hotel to use their name.

  DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A HOT SHOWER. Our rooms (138) hot water isn’t work. Front desk was less than accommodating and basically told us to deal with it, nothing they could do. Here for work, worked all day and have to take a cold shower because this place is falling apart.

  This hotel is decent but could use some repairs the paint in the tub appeared to be peeling off in some spots the breakfast was not good at all compared to other best western hotels I've stayed at as Best Western is my preferred choice when we travel but this one's breakfast didn't compare to others I've stayed at

  When we checked in, we were assigned a room. Upon entering the room, two of the three lamps did not work. The sink nor the shower had hot water. We spoke to the front desk person who stated no one was assigned to room we were in. It was the same person who had checked me in and gave me the key cards a few hours prior. I provided the card key holder that had the room written on it. The front desk person stated they had given our room to another party. Come to find out, they had not assigned the room but it was still showing as "open". We were given a new room. We checked the hot water out before moving our belongings. This new room had hot water, however, there was a car full of people sitting in a car outside the room that had been there for about an hour. I was not comfortable with this and requested another room. We were finally assigned to a third room. This room had hot water and the lights worked. One thing that the room lacked was a properly draining sink. We were able to deal with the sink and went to bed. The following morning at breakfast, there was a note stating they were out of forks. That was the straw that broke the camels back. Eating waffles with a spoon was a new challenge but I made it work. During breakfast, a woman announced that she was assigned a room (the second room we were given but opted out of) and found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. There was no compensation for all the issues we had. We will not be returning.
