Due to weather delays, I arrived hours after check-in, but the staff had saved my room and welcomed me with courtesy and professionalism. When one staff member didn’t know an answer, she made sure to find someone who did—no guessing, just genuine effort to make my stay smooth. The breakfast exceeded expectations: fresh fruit, hot eggs and sausage, plenty of juices, and delicious mini waffles—far better than the typical continental setup. The spa was clean, and while the pool was a bit cool at night, both were well maintained and enjoyable. Overall, this is a great location with attentive staff who truly care about their guests. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-priced place to stay in the area, I’d absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying again.
