    Front desk clerk was rude,TV out of service,it states quite hour after 10pm but neighbor was banging on the wall 12pm-1am

    My fiance checked in and said the lady working the front desk at night was rude and seemed annoyed. Once we got into our room, I went to the bathroom and the toilet was filthy. There were stains inside the toilet, pubic hair on the seat, and there was a tiny red spider looking bug on the toilet seat. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain as well. It made it hard for us to wash our hands and brush our teeth. There wasn't much parking space near our room either. It might look nice and fancy on the outside, but the inside was horrible. We will never stay here again!

    This Best Western is absolutely the standard of hospitality other hotels should challenge themselves to rise to. I had such a great time here!

    We don't recommend this hotel until they finish construction. We arrived to find a construction site with debris on the sidewalk and our window covered with plastic. The interior room and breakfast were fine but it was not a pleasant experience. Also, wifi only had one bar and was not usable. We don't believe the room should have been rented under these conditions, even to "make a buck."
