- SSShawnalea shellyApr 22, 20265.0Staff were friendly and the room was clean with modern furnishings. Hot breakfast offerings were a nice surprise and a tasty start to the morning.
- JEJEM EliseApr 19, 20261.0We checked in the lady at the front wasn’t the friendliest but that’s okay Got in the room it seemed clean and than we encountered bed bugs within the first 20 min of arriving. We left immediately had to go and pay for another hotel we didn’t even ask for our money back so gross! Need to do a thorough check of this hotel. There were bed bugs in the room we had we wouldn’t forfeit our 200 dollars a night for this hotel just to pay another 200 for a different hotel after driving all day for something to do. My husband squashed it on the bedding. I almost threw up and I had to get out of there. So you need to do a more thorough “inspection”.

I don't understand why hotels get such hard beds... other than that everything was GREAT! We loved Mrs. Linda making our breakfastq the front desk staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean.

They really brought magic to our wedding weekend. The pool/hottub was nice along with breakfast. The rooms were nice and showers were great too. Our guests who stayed were very happy with the hotels quality and service. I could go on and on about how thankful we are about our stay. We thank Best Western Copper Hills for helping make our weekend special!
