  We used the app the day before arrival to check in and select our room. There were only two choices. 1st floor and 3rd floor. We chose the 3rd floor because we do not like 1st floor rooms. We arrived at 3:45pm. The sign on the wall said check-in time is 3:00pm. The lady working at the reception desk said that the room was not ready. She also explicitly said that they were up there cleaning it and it would be ready in 25 minutes. A lot of back and forth ensued and she kept trying to pawn the 1st floor room off on us even though I told her repeatedly that we selected the third floor for a reason. She was initially blaming staffing problems. Not my problem. We reserved a 3rd floor room. They cleaned a 1st floor room that was not booked for that day instead of one that was booked. She was rude and flippant and at one point said "What do you want me to do about it?" I responded with "Clean the room." At another point, she also rudely said "We can cancel your reservation." I said "where are we going to go, we live four hours from here." All in all it was a horrible experience. We decided to wait because she did say they were up there cleaning and it would be 25 minutes. About 30 minutes later, she came over and said they were almost done and blamed a late checkout from that room, even though she did not say that earlier. 30 minutes after that, which was 1hr 45 minutes after check-in, I went up to her and asked if the room was ready. She said it still was not done. I personally feel that she flat out lied to us. My wife also heard her being rude to other customers. She does not deserve to represent the Hilton Brand. Additionally, you can tell by the outside of that hotel that it is probably more like 1.5 stars. I would advise against staying at any off brand Hilton.

  So we had go a good deal on a reservation for this hotel so we decided to do a staycation!! That's a vacation but you stay in town!! This was better than expected and the rooms are bigger and cleaner then I was expecting as well. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The free bagel breakfast was actually pretty good! The only bad part of breakfast was they had hard boiled eggs that were not already shelled..... how do you expect to shell an egg with no sink to rinse off the eggs afterwards??? Out of all the hotels I've stayed at and they have had hard boiled eggs this is the first one that has had them not pre shelled.... Crazy people!! All in all we were super happy about our stay!!!

  This place is a medium grade Motel with a lobby at best. Rooms are too small and there was a remodel done poorly so the tub isn’t solid beneath your feet. The bagels were cheep and tasteless and the staff were nice but did nothing g to resolve issues. The hotel is way overpriced. I recommend that you search for something better suited.

  Its a very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Location was good. They have a hot tub and a heated pool. 24 hour coffee and tea bar. I was very pleased with my stay and the service and staff.

  Was great! No problems, rooms were pretty sealed off from light and noise. In a great location not too far from the highway. Front desk employees were very polite :)
