  The hotel is undergoing renovation. Untiled floor right next to the elevator. Not pleasing to look. Good location.

  The front desk staff is superior 👏 You're greeted with a warm and friendly smile and a heartfelt "Good morning". That is very important for me, since I'm kinda grumpy in the morning without coffee in my veins. Lol. The rooms are newly renovated and great. Love the location being so close to the Tanger outlet mall. You can't go wrong staying here.

  I stayed in this hotel recently, and left something slightly valuable behind. I called twice, and twice was told that someone would get back to me. Twice no one got back to me. They could have at least pretended to look and let me know instead of promising me I would hear from them Otherwise, nothing special about this place. Just a mediocre hotel.

  Well I’m currently booked here by my employer with the option of going elsewhere but I stuck it out. Let’s start with the noise level and construction going on everywhere and nothing on their website about this. I’ll be checking out in a few days and taking the business elsewhere and contacting corporate to eliminate this place. Really bad customer service as I witnessed a lady who got kicked out of her room while being pregnant. The lady was in tears. No need to drag this place through the mud but I’ll never be back and hopefully the company I work for will pull or flag this location. Since this place generates capital through Cardinal games, they can care less about these reviews…if you truly want quality, this isnt the place for you.

  One and done. Never again. Beware-extra charges for parking and we were not told. I had a $54 charge on my credit card when we got home and I called and they said that is for parking. I said nobody told us about that and the girl on the phone was pretty rude. Also, I saw people who had parked on the outlet parking side and had parking tickets so don't try that either. I wondered why people weren't parking by the hotel well now I know! Also, we checked out at 6am to get to our flight and breakfast was supposed to start at 6 and we planned on grabbing some food but nothing was ready so no breakfast on Thanksgiving which was strange too. They said that they were short staffed on Thanksgiving and no room servicing or cleaning that day. But hidden fees like parking is ridiculous. We visit a lot for my son who lives in Phoenix so we will stay elsewhere.
