  I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites while exploring the Gilbert area. The hotel was well-maintained, and the rooms were notably clean and comfortable. It is in a great location for anyone looking to stay in the East Valley, with easy access to the local neighborhood. The check-in process was smooth and the overall atmosphere was quiet and professional. I would definitely recommend it as a reliable home base.

  Update: I did call IHG to ask what extra cleaning they did when a guest traveled with a dog. They referred me to the front desk of Gilbert-Mesa airport where the lady promptly told me there was no difference in cleaning methods for a room with pets. It's just a fee. In other words, a JUNK fee. -- I stayed here April 12 for one night with my pet Lola. I did not appreciate the $50.00 JUNK fee for having my dog stay with me as she did no damage and cost the hotel nothing for me to include her. Pretty much ruined an otherwise wonderful stay. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. I do miss the soaps as now it's all in bottles. The pool was nice, the fitness center was ok. The breakfast was good and they gave me a late checkout of 12:30 as requested. Only thing is the dog JUNK fee. Do a damage deposit instead of gouging loyal customers. This will make me stay at hotels less and IHG less than that as my dog is part of my family.

  The worker over the phone was remote and said this hotel had a shuttle to the airport. Hence why I booked with them. Once I arrived I found out the shuttle was broken down, and due to that it inconvenienced my whole morning before the flight.
