I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Nate for how great he was during my stay. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. What I appreciated most was how he went out of his way to share recommendations for the area. He suggested some really good places to eat around Gilbert that I probably wouldn’t have found on my own, and every spot was worth it. He also recommended taking time to visit Sedona and Scottsdale, and I’m so glad I did — both were highlights of my trip. It’s not often you come across someone who makes your stay feel that easy and enjoyable. Nate definitely did that for me. Because of him, my experience was that much better. Thank you again for everything!

Nate from front desk is such a nice gentleman. He has been super helpful throughout my stay and has made me feel super welcomed and appreciated. As soon as we walked in the lobby, he greeted us with smiles and great vibes. I will definitely be staying here again the next time i visit Gilbert, AZ. I’ve put 4 stars for the rooms ONLY because my rooms A/C unit was out but Nate quickly came up with a solution to make me feel at ease and comfortable.

We had my son’s soccer team stay here for the weekend. The lobby is a great environment for different groups to hangout, with a pool table and bar tops. Mr. Nate was incredibly helpful with small requests and helping ensure our stay ran smoothly.

Love Nate who greeted us with a beautiful and friendly smile. He found my reservation right away and we got the exact room we requested. Nate is exactly the person you want on your front end greeting customers as they arrive. He went above and beyond and distinguishes himself from all others. We love this hotel and location. We are repeat customers!
