Two broken microwaves, no housekeeping for three of four nights, hallways blocked by carts while staff stared at their phones. The parking lot was barricaded so front desk staff could smoke outside while the desk was unattended — meanwhile barefoot children ran wild in filthy common areas. Avoid at all costs.

Better check your linen before staying in this filth. We contacted the front desk, and even showed them one of the bugs we put into a cup, and was just stared out. There was no apology, no comp offered, nothing. We turned in our key and left. We were told a manager would contact us down the road to discuss, but that never happened either. Be warned.
