    We have stayed in neighboring hotels in the past and while there are similarities, so far the staff has been very kind, helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our reservation, however, the desk clerk was quick to get the issues resolved and friendly. She even did what she could by offering us a bag with bottled waters and cookies as well as got us a little better room. The hotel while not built really recently has been kept up and has an overall feeling of welcoming and belonging. The hot breakfast was delicious with plentiful choices all around.

    3 stars for really slow internet. Aside from a comfortable bed, I really count on good internet at a hotel. The speeds here are barely 10% of the speed I get on my cell phone! I even called their service number to get faster wifi, and the premium service ($4.95/day) is still slower than my cell phone when I used a speedtest. Given there's a Hyatt Place and a Home2Suites literally next door, I'd recommend choosing a place with better wifi.

    THIS is our new home away from home. The staff here is professional courteous and very friendly. The Housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful, unlike the other location. We have made this our "Go to" spot and are definitely returning, often. Sol and the entire crew make it worth driving the extra 15mins.
