Someone who identified himself as the "manager" came out and harassed him about the long wait time. My husband explained to him that he was a rewards member and that this is the first time he's ever been treated this way. He managed to secretly record a video, and I will be posting it on Snapchat's Spotlight, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. I will also be sharing it with cooperate. This is an act of discrimination, and it's 100% illegal! Furthermore, other hint at very poor management and only support his claim. As I wrap this up, a paralegal has agreed to investigate this matter. Please, let me know of anyone else has had a similar experience. Thank you.

I also felt unsafe because there was a large piece missing from the bottom of my door. While the staff was nice and the room was clean, the building itself is in rough shape. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a modern or quiet stay.

The hotel is the standard Hampton Inn with comfortable beds, functional workspace, good accommodations and amenities. The staff makes the difference between this hotel and others. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to meet needs. OpenTable show there are over 50 restaurants in close proximity to the hotel with 20+ within walking distance. If you are in the area, the Hampton Inn in Gilbert is a solid choice.
