I stayed on Jan 31 until the 1st of feb, I was having vehicle issues which resulted in me getting to the room super late. I had called David an asked if my gf could check in for me he was super helpful and considerate an made the check in smooth. Upon arrival which was about 10/1030 at night I finally made my way in a wanted to sit In The hot tub even though it was closed David allowed me to go in a relax. He went above and beyond for me. This was my 2nd time staying at this particular Hilton an I will continue to come as it’s been great every time. Especially dealing with employees such as David who go above and beyond. I greatly appreciate his professionalism an courtesy.

This place is a fraud… I stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. The second day they canceled my ongoing reservation, supposedly for “systems errors”. They issued a new reservation with a rate slightly better than the original reservation. When they noticed the rate difference they stated that they were to honor the better rate because it was not my fault, but theirs. However, they charged to my credit card the full higher amount. I complained. They gave me a partial short refund…. I will NEVER go back to this place.
