Was able to get a late checkout with my Hilton status, and STILL received WARM cookies upon arrival at 1230am! So grateful! So clean and comfortable. Rarely an issue with any double tree. I live down the street & was panicked trying to get something printed, since I had such a great 😃 experience with them last time & no printer places were open, I called up for a favor. David was so compassionate & sweet! Not only did he come to my rescue, but also was caring enough to ask some friendly questions about the area. And he offered me a fresh baked cookie! He instantly calmed my zany anxiety with his warm & friendly nature. And showed me that not all businesses care about just the bottom dollar, some also take great care of the people in their community! Will definitely be recommending all my out of town friends & family to stay here!!! David, you're a rockstar!! 💫👨🏻🎤🌠😎👍 A million thanks!! Best hotel customer service ever! 🤩🥰🥳
