- CICrista IsomDec 27, 20251.0Other than the room looking renovated, everything else was pretty bad. After a long drive, we arrived to find the front office closed with a “be back in 10 minutes” sign. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes before the lady finally showed up. The bed was super creaky, every time you moved, it sounded like something was breaking. It was so loud that even the smallest movement would wake you up.

I’ve been marching for years across continents and it’s always nice when communities support the cause and get me a room. Room was well lit ! Clean and the bed was huge. The soap and moisturizer smelled amazing. Shower was hot, fridge and desk for business. The room also offered a table to eat at with a coffee maker and two cozy chairs. Created a nice atmosphere. I’m used to heavy road noise sleeping by the highway all the time. I thought it would be loud here but traffic dies down at night. So wasn’t an issue. Staff were all friendly and welcoming which made it even better. Lobby was really cool with space age concept. They offer a breakfast next door at the restaurant. Food was delicious, coffee was on point and the service was good ! If you’re traveling I would say for sure to check them out. It’s a cool experience. - TTtslyjr1Dec 13, 20253.0Windows need updated-have been single pane for 25+years. An investment in dual pane windows would reduce the sound from the train that goes by regular behind the hotel and the highway road noise significantly. I’m sure modern dual pane windows would also reduce the owners heating and cooling costs. Actually having fitted AC/heat units would significantly improve the experience-the ones there now are haphazardly installed, and poorly maintained with gaps that you can see through to the outside in some rooms. Similarly, the doors are poorly weather sealed with gaps that you can see light bleed through all the way around the doors. They need to renew sheets with new ones instead of using ones with tears in them. Otherwise, still the best stay in Gila Bend…
- AHAnthony HumpageDec 13, 20254.0Stayed here one night. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfasts good. I would certainly stay here again. Although remodeled I would say the bathroom could use a little TLC, caulk around tub, for example. It would be helpful to have an instruction sheet for the A/C/heater, which, in our room, was noisy. The attached restaurant does not serve beer or wine; the Italian joint across the street does and is not expensive.
