  Intersting design though not sure why it is a UFO theme. Rooms are very nice, but being a motel the parking lot is right outside the door to the room, both good and bad. Convenient for loading but lots of noise pollution. I awoke around 5 am to the cacophony of birdsong, as there is a group of trees out front. Birds wouldn't shut up once dawn broke. Only thing to drown out the noise was the AC unit, which wouldn't run continuously even though I set fan to high, and it only went down to 62 degrees so kept shutting off. Also the tub is slow to drain so that was annoying. Ice machine is in the office, behind the front desk for some reason (ice theft?), making it difficult to get ice. Apparently they offer breakfast coupons for the adjacent restaurant (also UFO themed) but staff didn't offer these. The waitress at the restaurant mentioned them and we had to go back to the hotel to ask for them to present for a free breakfast, which is a full size breakfast and very good. But you don't know what you don't know. Why wouldn't they offer this at the hotel without asking, and how would a customer know to ask this question? Otherwise staff is friendly and helpful although I would question staying here again just because of the stupid birds. Problem is that there isn't much in Gila Bend, and I think only one other motel so there is no other viable option between Yuma and Tucson.

  Stayed here for a few days for work. The room was cozy but the location was not the best. Railroad tracks run right behind the hotel and you hear the trains passing by at all times of the night. The front desk service was very polite and professional.

  My wife and made a special trip to stay here, one those places that was on my bucket list.

  I was traveling from the East Coast to West Coast and after a long travel day this was my last opportunity to stop for the night. I read the reviews and assumed it would be a good stop over. The rooms were tired, air conditioning antiquated, and walls paper thin. At 9pm the room next door had TV blaring. I hoped they would turn down but by midnight I could hear the crime show they were watching as if it were in my room. I called the front desk and they said they would call and sort. I could hear the phone ringing and ringing next door but no tv volume change. I called again and she said she was unable to go to the room and would have a maintenance worker do it. He came, knocked numerous times….did the person in the room die? Overdose? I called again and she said police would come. I turned on white noise put headphones in and lied awake till 2am when the TV was finally turned off. Police? No idea? This is a great place to stop as next stop would be Yuma but if you’re a light sleeper or have rude next door neighbors it’s a hard pass. Sleeping in my car at Love’s would have been a better option.
