- MBMary BerckJan 2, 20265.0We were looking to stay close to Fountain Hills and this hotel was perfect for a family. The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast had something for everyone and a nice dining area. They had coffee and tea available all day. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They made a great effort to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The pool was nice and the spa was an added perk which our kids enjoyed. Everything is thought of here and we recommend it for a comfortable and clean place to land.

Super priced. We stayed four nights and couldn’t have been more happy with the staff and the room. Josh was just wonderful – he was helpful with any little thing we asked about. We will definitely stay again!

- TCTalia CarliOct 28, 20251.0Horrible hospitality. I notified the front desk their was mold in the shower and couldn't stay there because of my health condition with mold. They also provided a rollaway bed with no blanket and refused to refund the rollaway bed for one night we had it. They told me they no where no other rooms to switch us to, so we had to find other accommodations. I was told somebody would call me back regarding my concerns. Nobody called back so I called them back that late afternoon and they said there is no mold and it was just cocking. Horrible customer service.
