  Lugar que realmente no volvería a visitar ni le recomiendo a nadie reserve con una amiga al llegar al lugar la habitación no estaba lista esperamos más de una hora cosa que no nos gustó para nada pero además no mientan diciendo que queríamos hacer una fiesta con amigos porque mentir es pecado antes los ojos de dios es su forma de justificar su mal trabajo y servicio solo se le pregunto si unos amigos podían ir a visitarnos al lugar y aunque perdimos el dinero porque no nos quisieron cancelar la reservacion qué en su conciencia quede el mal servicio y trato al hospede y por favor sean más sincero y hablen con la verdad y que dios lo bendiga porque realmente lo necesitan.

  No le recomiendo a nadie este lugar reserve en el.mes de febrero del 2026 y cuando llegue la habitación no estaba lista mas de una hora esperando y cuando quise cancelar no me permitían el recepcionista bien grosero en fin me fui porque no me sentía cómoda allí y perdí mi dinero de la reservacion si no quiere pasar un mal rato simplemente no visite este lugar.

  Just ok hotel. Cold breakfast, bagels and cereal only but a Dennys right next door. At a main intersection takes away from balcony ambiance. No veteran discount.

  We would definitely stay here again. The facilities, including our room were all clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The canteen area was well stocked with various kinds of snacks. The rooms were designed with technology in mind. There were plenty of charging ports, both USB-A and USB-C as well as wireless charging stations. The TV was configured in a way to make it easy to attach entertainment tech. Our favorite part of the stay was the bed. The mattress was very comfortable and motion dampening. The movement of another person in the bed is barely if at all noticeable. I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time.

  Stayed here in November. Got an upgrade to a two bed, but clearly you could tell they did not clean the room. The room items were out of place, no soap/shower gel. It was obvious they didn’t finish cleaning the room. Then the next day I booked again & tried to get a different room but wasn’t allowed. Then they over charged me on one of my rooms. I’ve called several times. The hotel it’s self as well as customer service & they all keep disconnecting the calls. Do not book this hotel. They steal your money. & don’t help you. A bunch of scammers. I stayed longer & this is the proof. So if I’m not in the system why yall over charge me?
