The room was cleaned on schedule every week and they would let us know when it wasn’t for whatever reason. The location of the hotel on the side of the mountain was very beautiful and my specific view of the mountain was nice. My room on the third floor with a kitchen had everything I needed.

The hotel is an older hotel but they do what they can to make your stay comfortable. Housekeeping is so nice and always accommodating when we ask for things. Maintenance was always quick to help us with things like the air, heat, and door concerns. The front desk staff is amazing. Petra and Alexis was always sooo friendly! They took extra care to ask about our children and make sure we had everything we needed.
