Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff was amazing super friendly can't remember all their names but did remember Vraj. Super helpful, polite and great service. Would stay here again.

They do charge for parking, just FYI. The staff is friendly and it's a really nice hotel for the price. Everything feels new and updated. The shower is nice & has great water pressure. The in-room coffee & tea is actually good. They even fill up a glass jar of water for the room. Glass coffee mugs in the room also make it feel just a little more upscale. We were very happy with our stay here.

This hotel is sooooo nice!! The room is very clean, and modern! Not to mention, the bathroom in the hotel room is amazing! 😄 The shower is so clean and nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! And their prices per night are awesome! You do have to pay a $10 parking fee per night, but in my opinion its worth it. Thank you Voco Flagstaff by IHG!!

The room and overall stay were acceptable, but the hidden parking fee left a very bad impression. I was never told I would be charged $10 for parking, and discovering it later on my statement felt unfair and misleading. I did sign on an iPad, but I was told the signature was only to confirm no pets and no smoking parking was never mentioned. As a disabled guest, this made me feel taken advantage of, which is especially disappointing. Hotels should be honest and upfront about all charges so guests can make informed decisions. PSA.. there is plenty of parking in the next parking lot over hints the lack of transparency

We had a great stay here and will be coming back. Booked one of the “suites” and found it very spacious and inexpensive. The staff were great and the rooms very clean. Best water pressure I’ve ever had in a hotel shower!!! Great towels and pillows as well. We also got a 2pm late checkout, which may have only been because we have Platinum Elite status with IHG but it made us very happy. This place just does so many things right that are (sadly) hard to come by these days for such a good price. This is a great addition to the IHG portfolio and we will definitely make it our regular spot to stay in Flagstaff
