  The room itself was nice and spacious, though all of the furniture is very stiff.. nothing soft to sit on or relax on other than the bed. The AC filters weren’t cleaned and had caked up dust on them, so I rinsed it off myself. The room also lacks any warm lighting, I thought the night lights would be warm since the room itself has wooden accents. But I accidentally woke myself up due to the almost blue lighting. The TV was also a bit clunky, I couldn’t figure out how to use it for my entire stay. Service was great other than not being told about the parking fee and early check out. Location is great, right next to the plaza with everything you’d probably need.

  We had a great experience. We stayed in the suite room 216. Staff is amazing.. Rooms are clean. Water pressure is amazing. If I had to complain about something I would say that there's no microwave and no safe to keep your belongings. The self composting coffee pot isn't the greatest. The pods sit in the holder and get stale because they are made of biodegradable mesh and cardboard and the air gets to them. No pool or hot tub but that's no big deal in the cooler months. Other than that I would recommend this place to my friends and family. They do have a bar and they do serve food. Breakfast was great. Fresh fruit, waffles, omletes and everything else..

  I was told breakfast was included. Went downstairs with the family and ordered, then received a bill for $70 at the end. "There must be some mistake?" I said.... server refused to acknowledge or even hear what i was saying. Then they charged me $10 for parking in a lot where winnebagos and people living out of their cars were obviously living at, unbelievable. Do better IHG. The owner/ manager of this location must be a tyrant or something. Will never return....

  Had to give this a 2! Called to make my reservation, great guy I talked to btw. He talked me into joining the IGH rewards and also convinced me that 2 rooms would be better for my stay, which I agreed with him. With this he informed me of all the amenities they have including free breakfast! When I arrived had a great experience, room was okay although there was stains on the top comforter and crumbs on the floor, goldfish and some sort of pink cracker, which I brushed off or should I say to the side? The TV does not connect to the WiFi , which they said it does, I called two times last night; wrong. Then to top it off went down for breakfast and was told I don’t have breakfast. I explained that what I was told and the said “sorry, you don’t” . I had two places as an option but free breakfast was the selling point for me with a party of 5. I am so disappointed. Don’t trust them, it’s all false!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Front Desk Service at The voco Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at The voco Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk young man vraj made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was fast and effortless, and they took the time to explain all the hotel amenities and nearby attractions.The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whether it was arranging transportation, offering local dining recommendations, or answering questions with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. It’s rare to find such warm and attentive service these days. The voco Hotel’s front desk team truly set the tone for an amazing stay, I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends and family!
