Rooms are ok for the price. Lobby is trash. Absolutely filthy. Trash cans full, garbage on most the tables and scattered on the counters..coffee station has empty dirty cups everywhere with trash on the countertops. No cups. It's a disaster down here. Oh, and there was hair in my shower. Don't know who's but that's just gross.

The breakfast area is very small., unorganised. Breakfast served is really bad, Juice machine is out of service, wait for waffle batter for half hour. Please plan to have a backup plan for breakfast if you stay here.
Also, they charge $7 per day for guest parking.

Nice, new hotel in a good location and the staff were friendly.
Breakfast was chaotic — by 8am everything was gone and there were not enough staff to restock.
The room was not properly cleaned. We found leftover underwear from a previous guest, which is unacceptable.
Parking costs $7 per night, which does not make sense for this location since everyone has to drive to get here.

We stayed at a busy time right before Christmas. New hotel, rooms are nice, lobby is fun. The building was poorly designed though and we could hear every foot stomp above us and on our floor. The doors automatically slam and literally rattled the dishes in our room every time. People were up late and we heard it all. Wouldn't stay here again.
