We came in late and we were looking for something affordable just for the night. We ended up finding this amazing hotel! It is spotless, affordable, and hass the nicest staff. And being pet friendly and also having amazing ammentites had us deciding to stay on more night to see the Grand Canyon and come back to enjoy it all! We will absolutely be back! :)

Booked last minute upon arrival (late night) and it was because they offered electric vehicle (EV) charging stations that made the choice easy. There aren't many fast EV charging centers around Flagstaff, so with the affordable nightly rate and convenient overnight EV charging, I booked here. Hotel was new and very well taken care of. Great breakfast selection too!
Front desk also helped with some great local dining recommendations, like Fat Olives.
If your hotel/ownership ever needs to add more EV chargers here or at other properties or needs service, contact my company Pangea Charging. We can help with all things EV charging.

THIS IS NOT HOME2! It shares everything with tru! Meaning that you pay higher price to have everything that people paying for tru can enjoy! The sleep experience I had here was the worst, i couldnt sleep for the whole night! With the low price it attracts a lot of group people living in a small room and having fun. This is the second time at tru that the people above me having party, dancing, playing loud music, making loud noise after midnight, and home2 and tru definitely allow and welcome this type of group! I almost had heart attack because after a whole day trip i needed to argue with the front desk and move at midnight! The front desk finally allowed us to move but that was a connected room. After i settled down at 1am, someone tried to open my door for 10minutes. Then in the early morning, the family next door began to make loud noise, the parents kept talking and the baby cried so loud for hours. The walls and floors are so thin. In the room, they provide 2hand wash and no body wash. Cannot believe that a $150 hotel is worse than those cheap hotels near highways, at least those truck drivers living there are not party or night animals. If you don’t want to sleep and like to make loud noise, come here and choose home2 and tru! I will never choose home2 or tru again.

Great customer service, location and cleanliness. The only thing I would suggest would be making the soaps and doors more accessible. The doors are extremely heavy and were very heavy to open and nearly impossible to open as a wheelchair user. Similarly, the soaps and shampoos are in refillable squeeze bottles that require a very heavy pressure to expense and could be troublesome to use for younger and older individuals or anyone with mobility issues. Overall not the most accessible hotel. But a comfortable stay.
