Positives...offered water bottles at check in (appreciated due to elevation), quick maintenance when in room coffee maker was not working. Negatives...called before booking and asked if breakfast was included for HH gold was told yes. Maybe rules changed in the week after I booked...got a $10 credit to apply to F&B. Breakfast is $14.95 (more w tax). I would have been ok with that, but breakfast left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended ...Not sure if food had been just sitting out or what the case was but eggs, bacon, sausage were cold. One bite and done. I didn't see any heating elements to keep the food warm. No one asked if I wanted water or coffee which I would have gladly got myself but they were not sitting out. Had to interrupt the servers who were standing around in the back. When we checked into hotel, we were told main restaurant was closed for remodeling. I assumed breakfast was bad because restaurant was closed and this was a temporary situation but upon inquiring it sounds like this is always the case. Hall and neighboring room noise was bothersome for awhile until we turned fan on to constant to have some white noise. This was our first and quite possibly last stay at Hilton Garden Inn, will plan to stay at other properties which have a better track record from our experiences.

Fantastic and and good representation of what the Hilton Inn has to offer. All of the staff are great here. From the front desk to the servers to the people who do the preparation of the rooms. I've included pictures of the room so you can see how neat they are. Forgive the fact that I left some of my bags in the picture. Beautiful view. As a matter of fact it reminds me a lot of how lake Tahoe looks with the pine trees. The breakfast was very good and the Staff Were Exceptional and took care of our every need without us having to ask.

Very nice room. We included the breakfast buffet with our room. Some of the food was very disappointing. Terrible coffee. Biscuit gravy was just a tasteless lumpy flour mixture, but the Biscuits were good. The oatmeal 1 morning was more like milk soup. Other items were good. I expect better from the Hilton.

First time staying at this HGI. The room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Very comfortable bed (I get hip pain if the bed is too hard, no problem here), we had a chair with ottoman and a desk chair, both were very comfortable. There was Kuerig coffee and tea in the room, and coffee is also available in the lobby. We used online check in with digital key, it was seamless. We have Diamond status with Hilton, so had a $10 credit toward the $14.95 buffet. Definitely the same breakfast offered at Hampton Inn. The only difference was they had both sausage and bacon, and more fruit. If you don't have the Diamond breakfast credit, definitely skip it.

UPDATED REVIEW: Please accept my most sincere apologies. This particular location was nothing less than amazing. I had a really good experience. There was a mix up with locations on the review page. The following review was intended for the new TRU HOTEL combined with a sister location. The people here greeted me with smiles and laughter and made me feel comfortable regardless of my membership status. I would definitely revisit. Review for TRU HOTEL opened 8/20/2025: The online check in was not operating, which led to no digital key. I wasn't able to choose my own room. Because of this, I was forced to stop by the front desk. That experience was very stressful. Because of the location being brand new, the grand opening night had some issues with the system. I was forced into a room I did not choose resulting in me being trapped in the room. I was unable to exit the room freely. The hotel staff had to use force to get the door open which resulted in damages to their door. Without my consent, they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card $1000.00 after my check out. Of course it was disputed, but later recharged to my credit card. This is a continuous battle. It was disclosed to me that my plastic safety device to prevent unexpected walk-ins was the reason the door wouldn't open, when in fact, there were previous issues with the door mechanism prior to my arrival. The clerk who checked me in had already stated that this was the first day of business and was still working I'm out the kinks. The hotel was beautiful, the location was okay, but the dismissive behavior to an established DIAMOND MEMBER was beyond disappointing.
