Would stay again. Pool and hottub were great. Fitness center is very small but does the trick. Easy drive to downtown. Lots of places walking distance for food. Breakfast buffet was good. Elevator is a little slow. Room was clean and love the coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The pillows were very flat and the beds weren’t entirely comfortable. The staff was fantastic and very kind.

I stayed here with my husband and stepson. I didn't realize when I booked my room, that there are only full sized (double) beds available. I thought I had booked 2 queen beds, so that was my fault. The beds, however, were not comfortable at all. The bathroom didn't have a vent/fan. Not fun with 2 guys, haha. You also have to pay extra for breakfast. Not too bad of a room, just wish they had better bed options. Sofa beds are not appealing, so didn't want to book the king room. We were also put in a room next to the exit, so it was loud all night long. Things could've been a little better, but not the worst. We won't be staying here, again, because of the beds. No bedbugs, so that's a win!

Great setup, competitive pricing, really cute interior, excellent store options for snacks and sundries. Pool well maintained, rooms clean and comfortable. Close to everything you might need. Only warning I would give is that when it's snowy/icy, the incline on the driveway can be a bit scary, but the hotel keeps it clear as much as possible!

Positives...offered water bottles at check in (appreciated due to elevation), quick maintenance when in room coffee maker was not working. Negatives...called before booking and asked if breakfast was included for HH gold was told yes. Maybe rules changed in the week after I booked...got a $10 credit to apply to F&B. Breakfast is $14.95 (more w tax). I would have been ok with that, but breakfast left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended ...Not sure if food had been just sitting out or what the case was but eggs, bacon, sausage were cold. One bite and done. I didn't see any heating elements to keep the food warm. No one asked if I wanted water or coffee which I would have gladly got myself but they were not sitting out. Had to interrupt the servers who were standing around in the back. When we checked into hotel, we were told main restaurant was closed for remodeling. I assumed breakfast was bad because restaurant was closed and this was a temporary situation but upon inquiring it sounds like this is always the case. Hall and neighboring room noise was bothersome for awhile until we turned fan on to constant to have some white noise. This was our first and quite possibly last stay at Hilton Garden Inn, will plan to stay at other properties which have a better track record from our experiences.
