  Everything was great except the mattresses badly need to be replaced, should not feel or hear the springs. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming!

  We chose to stay here because it is a pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again because although they are pet friendly, there was no pet relief area at all. They also didn’t have a trash for their poop so unfortunately we had to throw it away on the regular trash can they had right outside the main lobby. We will be looking into Home2Suites next time around. The room itself was just good enough, nothing fancy, just enough for us to lay our head and have a nice hot shower. A con for us was that there was no microwave to heat up our food. refrigerator only. The location was great. Lots of places to eat at,b groceries stores and shopping 5-10 min distance. It was so convenient.

  My room was nice enough, albeit a bit dated. The bed was reasonably comfy although a bit creaky. Staff were very friendly, and it was fairly quiet at night even though I was just off the elevator. My main issue with this hotel was the location; right next to a major highway on/off-ramp meant it was extra noisy and the room isn’t soundproofed at all. The road noise kept waking me up and I got the least restful nights sleep here after a very long road trip.

  HILTON CHANGED POLICY, BEWARE DO NOT USE HILTON HAMPTON PROPERTIES! We called twice to front desk, met with nothing, dirty dishes placed for use. Trash particles all over the floor shows no vacuum. Place is filthy lazy and doesn't care. Bed flat as pancakes nothing but complaints about mattress quality and cleanliness over and over. I was a gm at aHampton for over 13yrs. Your customer service and aloof attitude at this property will cost you. You're at terrible manage. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY WITH HILTON. HILTON IS ALLOWING THERE RUN DOWN FRANCHISE PROPERTIES TO TREAT THEIR LOYALTY MEMBERS ANY KIND OF WAY THEN THROW POINTS AT YOU. NO SIR NO MA'AM! We are gold members who travel the United States for work. HAMPTON HAD LOST THEIR MINDS WITH HOW THEY TREAT THEIR LOYALTY MEMBERS. THEIR CHANGES IN POLICY ARE INTERESTING! FRANCHISEE'S HAVE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. OUR ROOM WAS ADJOINED, FILTHY AND THE MATTRESS WAS FLAT. 300$ ROOMS AND YOU'RE ON SPRINGS THIS PLACE HAS BEEN A CHEAP SKATE FOR YEARS! OLD MATTRESSES ARE ALL OVER THEIR REVIEWS AND FILTH. THIS TRIP WE CALLED COMPLAINED ABOUT MATTRESS AND FILTH BLONDE DUDE AT FRONT SAID I'LL LET THE MANAGER KNOW AND HUNG UP. MY DISHES IN THE KITCHENETTE WERE FILTHY. UNACCEPTABLE STAY. WE CALLED DECIDED TO CHECK OUT AT 10PM WE ARRIVED AT 6PM. WE WERE TOLD WE CAN'T CHECK OUT, WE MUST STAY IN THE SYSTEM TO BE CHARGED AND TO BAD OF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT. WE CALLED CORPORATE FOR THEM TO SAY THE POLICY IS FRANCHISE CANNOT BE TOLD WHAT TO DO AND WE WILL BE CHARGED AND WE HAVE TO JUMP HOOPS 2MRW. WE CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE ELSE THEY SAID IF THEY OUTCOME IS THAT THE PROPERTY WILL NOT HELP YOU THEY CAN DO NOTHING. THIS IS NOT THE HILTON/ HAMPTON IVE GIVEN BEYOND THOUSANDS OVER THE YEARS SUPPORTING THEIR BRAND. NEVER AGAIN! I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE THIS! The mattress is at the quality of a motel 6 that buys used mattresses from a homeless person. Horrible sleep Seriously, it's so bad they have put a blanket pad on the bed trying to hide the awful quality. Also a plastic mattress cover that sounds like you're rolling on plastic all night😫 this is one of their more expensive rooms the king with kitchen 256 plus tax 285$. NO EXCUSE Never will return!
