Incluido.

Stayed at all the Hilton's in Flagstaff. This one is great. Layout of the room was really nice, our favorite in Flagstaff, and location of the hotel is very central to town, walking distance to some places. Only downside was it needs some renovation. The carpet was very dirty in our room, when our kid walked on the carpet in the room, her white socks turned black. Other than that it was great.

Sadly this is not up to the Hilton Brand. This location suffers from severe neglect. The room is disgusting and poorly maintained. I’ve been a Diamond and Gold member for longer than I can remember and have stayed at more than a hundred Hilton properties and this is by far the WORST one I’ve ever experienced. Even though the temperature hovers around freezing outside, I can’t even use the heat because it sounds like train racing through my room. Completely disappointed.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Flagstaff — Hilton Should Be Ashamed! The location is the only positive thing I can say — it’s close to everything in Flagstaff. Beyond that, this hotel is a disgrace to the Embassy Suites and Hilton brands. The property is extremely dated, poorly maintained, and filthy in many areas. It’s shocking that Hilton allows this place to operate under its name. When we first checked in, we dropped off our bags and went to dinner. When we returned, we found water pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom — water everywhere. We asked for a new room, and while the front desk gave us one, the attendant was completely unapologetic. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. There was rust on the vents, cracks in the ceiling, peeling wallpaper, missing baseboards, dirty, frayed carpet, and air vents caked with dust. The bathroom grout appeared to have mold, and the soap dispensers were pulling away from the wall. Even the lamp shades were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The hallways and common areas were no better — chipped paint, damaged walls, and overall neglect everywhere you look. This isn’t just wear and tear; it’s a complete lack of upkeep and pride in the property. Breakfast was okay — about what you’d expect from a basic hotel — but that’s not enough to make up for the condition of this place. We’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites over the years and know what the brand represents. This hotel doesn’t come close. Hilton should intervene and demand a full renovation and deep cleaning. Until that happens, avoid this location entirely. We will never stay here again.

I checked in last night. At 9:30pm when to dinner came realized our shower had hair in it not just a lil was a nice chuck full… And no shower mat, I’m 8 pregnant traveling alone with my babies. I could have fell in top of that I tryed getting awhile of the front desk numerous time 5,6 time with the room phone & figured mayb it’s my room phone. Then I tryed with my personal phone @ 11:44pm & 11:59pm like 4,5 times. Room was cold when arrived we turned furnace on too 81 degree & think it we’ll warm quick. By the time I was getting my babies ready for bed at 12:30 mins you I’m traveling with my 1 yr old, 2 yrs & 3 yr old. Still wasn’t warming up. Being up all day traveling I decided to just go hoping it we’ll get warm up. By 4:30 am I woke up it’s squeeching cold again. Turn up furnace too 95 still no heat…. Then by the time breakfast came around I notified the front desk. All she said she can do is wave my parking fee $10 & I would have too call hotel.com to get some kind of discount—- refund…. Our stay was very freezing I had to keep my babies bundle up wasn’t comfortable at all. I just couldn’t wait to check out. I requested late check out but it being cold. We had to leave soon. As we got ready. I couldn’t even bath my babies before bed cause it being so cold. I’m pretty upset, was one of the worst stay ever & it being low 30 degree outside. Front desk was no help!!!!!
