Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I'd really complain about is the breakfast service. It really wasn't worth the extra fee when booking. You'd be better off finding a restaurant somewhere in town

This was a very strange hotel. Dim in the halls and reception area. They gave us a room in the older part of the hotel that was under construction. The room seemed like it hard been used in a long time or cleaned- dusty on the furniture and pink mold in the shower. I could share an experience I had that makes me beleive the hotel is haunted but it's a lot to type. We were supposed to stay for 2 night left at 7 am after the first night.

If it was just my experience I would not offer my experience. The bed pillows were terrible per three guests. The shower control was poor. Warm cookies were barely okay. The room was okay. Three guest basically could not sleep. All night long a person or people slammed their door shut. Staff were all good.
Rooms seemed to be old . Parking was simple but there did not seem to be many guests.

I would not stay here based on my experience, and it was not good. First, I paid $30 extra for the room for 'Breakfast Included' which they advertise when booking the room for just myself. What they do not tell you is the 'Breakfast Included' only includes 1 entree and 1 drink. They charged me extra for my milk and orange juice on top of the two egg entree and coffee that I ordered. In other words, breakfast is not all included - only part of your breakfast. And they do not mention it on their website when booking - it's very misleading! They surprise you when you go to get your breakfast and they hand you a voucher for 1 entree. To sum it up, I paid an extra $30/night to have 'Breakfast Included' and to be charged extra for milk and orange juice with my breakfast.
Also, the door to my room doesn't seal properly as I can literally see into the hallway from inside the room with the door closed. There is a 1/4" gap between the door and the door jam. I had to stuff the open area with a towel to prevent light and also to keep anyone from looking into the room if they wanted (pictures included). I know the hotel management will respond with their typical empathy and state to contact Hilton, but paying customers expect more from Hilton. I will not be staying here ever again!

We've been coming here for four years to visit the snow. We were lucky enough to come few days before Christmas and the hotel was decorated so beautifully. They have two restaurants in the hotel. We've only tried the American one but next time we'll try the Japanese one. We've only eaten in the American style for breakfast and dinner. They are delicious and wait staffs are just wonderful. Warm Cookies after dinner "perfection". I had to give 4 stars because our toilet paper holder was hanging from a hole. It was disappointing since I would think house keeping would have seen it. Every time we come to this hotel the rooms are always perfect. Yes they are old but it's always clean and nothing is broken. Other than toilet paper holder the room, hotel staffs, restaurant and the cookies were 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you and see you next year ♥️. We just found guest laundry in the third floor. Awesome!!!
