I was pleasantly surprised entering the lobby and seen the bar to the left and the gas fireplace you can sit in front of to stay warm with a beverage. The attached restaurants Sakura is an absolute must try! Staff is welcoming and friendly. The gym is excellent giving a hotel setting with the indoor jacuzzi and sauna. Normal amenities you would expect at any Hilton. My only issue was I don't like mirrors facing the bed and it leads to poor sleep quality IMHO. On the second night I had covered them with a extra sheet and slept like a baby.

Stayed here on a business trip.. Gotta say, it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time when staying at a hotel. Leah helped me get checked in at the front counter. She was very nice and helpful. Made the whole checking in experience pleasant. Would come back again and stay here if im ever on another business trip in the area.
The room was very clean and the cookies were delightful

Restaurant and bar staff are amazing but front desk staff and rooms need improvements. Love the large internet connected TVs to stream most apps.

Stayed at the DoubleTree during our trip to Flagstaff/Sedona. Our room appeared quiet on the outside but the refrigerator made a humming sound and the HVAC was noisy. The shower head did not function properly as the water pressure was almost nonexistent. When it was mentioned to the front desk, the young lady who was working had no interest in hearing about it nor trying to get maintenance to our room.
Went inquired about coffee and the only no charge coffee available is in the room but who knows how old that coffee is and what was shape the coffee maker is in. The room does not have a microwave and for some odd reason there is no phone either.
The refrigerator was replaced but the food and drinks that were in there froze. We most likely will not return to Flagstaff but if we do, we will not stay at this Hilton as it was awful.
