- AKArnie KDec 8, 20253.0Great location if you need to be in the Eager/Springerville area. But the rooms are way overdue for some TLC. Our bathroom door handle was barely hanging on. The TV remove fell apart. The furniture and lamps should have been replaced 10 years ago. And the mattress was beyond old and uncomfortable. I see in a previous review they are planning a remodel. I cannot wait as we plan to stay here a couple times a year while visiting relatives.

I called the desk to request a receipt be emailed to me and I spoke to Debbie. She was brusk from the start and got frustrated with me very easily, despite me being polite and patient. She informed me that “they were working on the computers”. I had to repeat my email to her 3 times. On the third time she got upset, cut me off and told me “look, I have to go”. And tried to hang up the phone. I told her “no”. And repeated the last half of my email to her. She then said “alright” and hung up. I waited 2 days and called back. I got Debbie again. I stated who I was and that we had spoke the other day and repeated my request for an email receipt. She stated again that “ they were working on the computers”. I let her know that I needed this receipt for work. She said ok and that she would send it if she could. No email. The next day I called. I spoke to a very pleasant receptionist. I explained why I was calling and what I needed. I had an email within 2 minutes. If you have to tell customers that “they’re working on the computers” because you don’t know how to work them or you’re too lazy to do them, maybe being a hotel receptionist/ shift manager isn’t for you,
