  We stayed in the little Caritas off to the side and were able to enjoy our privacy as well as the rooms were really nice.

  Nice, clean, and friendly staff. They had a nice pool area we enjoyed. They had cold/hot breakfast items available. Plenty of places in the area to eat out.

  Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the free breakfast and staff were all very helpful and kind. The rooms are dated, the bathroom is on the small side, but clean. It was very quiet too and covered parking spots were a bonus. Would recommend if looking to spend time in Jerome and/or Sedona!! Super easy to get to from both towns!

  Trina (front desk) was extremely professional, patient & friendly which was such a relief after my move went all wrong. What a relief 😮‍💨 we were so tired just exhausted this Best Western felt like home. Awesome breakfast, clean comfy rooms and staff that actually want to help out. I can't say enough nice things these folks really care. Id definitely stay here again. Trina you are a life saver. I wish they could clone more staff to model after you, you ROCK!

  We opted for Best Western after a day on the Verde Canyon train ride. They never disappoint in most cases. We did not see or use the pool. The room did not have a desk area for our laptop but we made due. There was a frig, microwave and coffee pot. Breakfast was served.
