  Close to a lot of things that you can do in the area. That's about the only plus of this hotel. I stayed at this hotel from January 1–4 with my two daughters and my mother, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. I added January 1 to an existing reservation and was told it was handled under the same confirmation number. Despite this, I was called on January 2 and told I had to check out and vacate my room. This required manager involvement and nearly an hour at the front desk to resolve—causing unnecessary stress for my children—followed by an attempt to charge me a higher rate for a mistake that was not mine. The main reason I booked this hotel was the indoor heated pool, which was not heated at all. Cold air was blowing into the pool area, making it unusable for my kids and uncomfortable even for adults. I contacted the front desk multiple times over three days and nothing was fixed. There were also no towels available in the pool area. I paid extra specifically for this amenity and could not use it. I booked a suite with a kitchenette for four people, yet it was stocked for only two. The pull-out sofa mattress was completely unusable—you could feel every spring and metal bar. I ended up sleeping on couch cushions. I spent 22 years in the military and rarely complain about sleep conditions, but this was unacceptable. The regular beds were comfortable, but the pull-out sofa should not be advertised as a sleeping option. I travel to Arizona at least twice a month to see my daughters and had hoped to make this my regular hotel. Unfortunately, due to these issues and the lack of resolution, I cannot recommend staying here.

  Checked into the room last night and two of the lightbulbs in the bathroom were burned out… We had to then call maintenance to come up and put new bulbs in. However, the bulbs they put in were different than the bulbs that are currently in there…. after the person left, I unscrewed all the bulbs and put the two super bright ones on the end to make it easier for my wife to get ready in the mirror Also, the shower has mold all along the trim… The bed was super comfortable in the hotel is nice, but not sure we would stay here again.

  Beware of this place, they charged our credit card 10 times... for 1 night/1 room, I called shortly after I seen the charges to resolve this, but still no resolution to why they charged my card so many times, I will be working with my credit card company to mark this as fraudulent.

  Stayed for a total of 4 days, never once was the room cleaned. It was over the week of Thanksgiving. Basically, had to ask for towels, soap, toilet paper -daily. Indoor Pool was very cold and not suitable for swimming. The big kicker -there was no towels available Friday night (people needed to get ready to do things). I can understand lack of staffing on Thanksgiving but the rest of the days were not even standard service. Disappointed.
