The breakfast was disappointing. That being said, the room was very quiet and the mattress was very comfortable. I actually slept past 7 which I never do.

Like so many of these older hotels, there is an outdoor entrance at this location with stairs usually on the end and in the middle of the building. This location was right next to a McDonald's, but as a whole, the neighborhood was rather sketchy. It was about a mile north of downtown Chandler, which was handy for viewing the Christmas displays in their downtown area. The room was huge, which was nice. There was a fridge and microwave which is always appreciated. The shower had a nice, high showerhead. This isn't always the case and makes showers a lot more enjoyable. Breakfast was not the best. There were biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs, but the taste wasn't there. The milk was empty when we were there. All the items in this area, such as teas, hot chocolate, coffee, were remove when the breakfast was done and you couldn't get anything throughout the day.
