  Don't bother with this place. Extremely disappointing amenities for what's supposed to be a best western 'plus'. Our kitchen suite room didn't have a bathroom, there was no bathroom fan, there were only 2 small trashcans in the entire room. In the actual hotel, no hot tub, pathetic offerings for breakfast (every best western we have ever stayed at previously, have had the minimum of toppings for yogurt and waffles such as chocolate chips, or strawberries), a meager selection of regular milk, absolutely nothing 'plus' at all. Oh, and stale pastries. Broken water fountain, which is great for a hot desert place like Arizona. Several times, our key cards just stopped working, so the desk had to reset them. Just extremely disappointing and underwhelming amenities for what's supposed to be an elevated experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Stay at another location of Best Western if you can.

  I stayed here while in Arizona for a conference and it was a great experience overall. Since I was there mainly for the event, I didn’t need anything fancy, and the hotel had exactly what I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days. The complimentary breakfast from 6–8 a.m. was perfect. It was exactly what I needed to get my day started before heading out. Everything was convenient and well organized. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a really positive stay and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

  Pros: Staff is wonderful. Hotel and rooms are clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Cons: Outdated rooms. Two out of four lights out in the bathroom over the sink. No floor-length mirror. No luggage rack. Outlets on the walls are too tight; couldn’t plug anything into them. Walls are thin; we could hear the people talking at normal tones in the room next to us. One of the two elevators was out of order. Not worth the cost in our opinion.

  Small little pillows on a king size bed? Worn out rooms. Dated decor. Elevator out of order. Cappuccino machine out of order. Wrong name on greeting on the tv. Seems like this place has already met bottom. Not a great value either. Considering the daily rate and the fact of being a "Member", this hotel does not live up to the "Plus" whatsoever. Even when first arrived, no greeting, just silence. Two people behind the counter and not even a simple "Hello" or "Welcome".

  Amazing front desk staff. Not worth the price: Stained linens. Sink does not drain. I nearly overflowed it washing my face, and it took at least 5 min. for it to drain from that. Lotion had been used. Broken luggage dolly. Only 1 elevator functioning.
