Wow this is a beautiful location. Rustic Southwest decor with all the amenities that makes you feel at home without being home. The rooms are huge, large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathrooms with 2 sinks each, plus a balcony with roof, table and chairs. Just a delightful place. Then there's golf for those that play, beautiful mountains surrounding the area with trails, a zillion shops and places to eat that are unique in flavor and preparation.

Rooms are dated and in bad shape. Looks like they painted, but the molding was never replaced. Long crack in tile floor.
Cabinets are in bad shape. Needs a new dishwasher. Left with many (no-see-ums) bites all over our bodies. The concierge was out of line when he asked if we needed help with our luggage. We said yes. He said "We have a Mexican with a golf cart". RUDE!! Only reason to come here is for golf. Hilton should be ashamed.

Our stay was way too short! We only had time for one night and wished we could have spent longer. The 2 room Casita we had was amazing. Both rooms, the kitchen and living room spaces were all well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The customer service from Grif from Check in to check out was great and we felt valued as customers. Although we only had a short stay on a Friday evening, we got to use the pool area which was lovely and warm. We needed to see some things in the Carefree and Cave Creek areas and this resort was perfect. We used this as a stop on our way from Sedona back to Phoenix airport. We would certainly choose to stay longer on our next visit.
