- HHHeather2 days ago5.0I was pleasantly surprised when we stayed here a couple weeks ago. The room was VERY CLEAN, and I am a stickler for a clean hotel. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was quiet. I loved their coffee machine with the fresh ground beans. And they have almond milk!! For someone with dietary restrictions, that was a huge deal for me. I really, really appreciated that. Keep up the amazing service! We will be back.

Like urine, she said, the manager would have to call made this a point the day I rented the room. After I woke up, I used the bathroom and it smelled like rotten urine. Now I have to deal over the phone with a manager. to get them to make this right and I don't appreciate that. I was ready to leave and check out and she passes the buck. I'm not happy about this.Digital discrimination against old folks and passing the buck and making excuses! Old army sergeant doesn't like it! I wanted to pay my bill and not have it.Corrected over the damn phone.The lady just made excuses at the front desk.The maximum effective range of an excuse is 0 meters.Do go on with your story

I usually enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn hotels, but this time there was some very questionable observations. I am not sure if housekeeping does a spot check after cleaning but yesterday we found something on the bed that was left there it was under the pillow Unfortunately, the hotel couldn’t give me a refund because I booked it through my travel agency other than that at times. Front reception was gone for over five minutes with nobody to cover the front desk. The first room that I was given the AC was not working and the pool was very filthy. Water looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I hope my family and I don’t get an infection.

I showed up to the counter and asked about an early check in as there check in time is 4pm. Rebecca was amazing and helped get me in early. She was also amazing at helping me fix my reservations as apparently I booked for the wrong week! Thanks for the great hospitality! I have crews coming back that way. I will suggest this hotel for their stay.
