Big shout out to Joseph for making my dads & I experience a lot better. Dealing with so much all morning Joseph turned it all around and was so welcoming. Instantly relieved so much stress and worry! Amazing customer service, he went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Thank you Joseph for being great! We highly appreciate your time & being amazing

A little awkward finding the hotel through the parking lot, but great rooms and good service. Breakfast is not awesome, but passable. Coffee is only available through some stupid machine that has to grind and brew a full cup each time. Seems like it would be much easier (and more economical) to have a pot brewed in a thermos that you can serve yourself. Fake eggs and fake meats for breakfast, but it is included.

$413.00 for one night in a very noisy room. Hotel adjacent to an onramp onto Interstate Highway 10. Trucks, motorcycles, and car accelerating uphill right next to the hotel to merge onto the Interstate Highway. Very noisy all night long. I asked to change rooms - they were full. I made the reservation several weeks in advance. They had earplugs in the room that did very little to suppress the noise. Never again.
