Today I was met was dissatisfying customer service, especially being a rewards member. The Bald Man who claimed to be GM met us with hostility over a misunderstanding and threatened police for us being confused over our reservation. The other staff were amazing and treated us well, but he is the reason I will not be doing business at this hotel moving forward. Thank you.

Expect to holler like a fire alarm based on the notice in front door if you see smoke as the hotel depends on you sauce the notice said alarm is not working.

Finally, my husband got dressed and went down to the front desk. EK, the manager, finally went to the room. He couldn't get it to stop so he just disconnected it. I called the hotel and asked for a refund since they didn't get any sleep. The reason you pay for a hotel is to get some rest. EK offered a 10% discount. The room charge was $207. $20 off for no sleep. We've stayed at this hotel before. Never again. I looked up who the owners are: Sunesh Tewari and Anand Vashi. EK said he had to talk with them and he'd call back within 24 hours. No call yet and it's been over 48 hours. We do not recommend this hotel. Stay somewhere else.

The walls are so thin that I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and even understand their conversations. The noise continued past 11 p.m. I called the front desk multiple times to complain, but no one answered. When I went to the front desk in person, there was no staff at all—only a screen claiming a virtual helper would assist. They attempted to call the noisy room, but no one answered, and there was no real staff available to help. I was left with no solution and was not moved to another room until midnight. This level of service is unacceptable.
