  I really enjoyed my stay, the bed was so comfy and the room was cozy, I stayed in 117. The virtual check in was quick and easy. The morning staff made scrambled eggs and sausage and I heard them greet each and every person, very pleasant. The location is close to Bearzona which is a great place to visit while in the area. I definitely recommend and will definitely stay again,

  Had to be checked through a Kiosk. No desk clerk, or any kind of employee on site. Room had a made bed, but no clean towels. Folded towels in the window by the bed were wet. Dirty towels in the shower and bathroom floor. Trash left on TV stand. Breakfast was very budget friendly and thin on options. I am not one to complain, but this was my worst experience with BW to date.

  The price was unmatched. Had a charming appeal and was clean. I also liked there was a store in walking distance. I came in late and had to use the kiosk it was simple and the hotel staff was pleasant. I will say I dunno about that pancake machine (silly joke it was cool) but again the morning staff so friendly. If your tired and need to make a pit stop or even just looking to stop somewhere and unsure, this place wont disappoint. Oh and the room was big. We'll ours was. Hope you find this review helpful.

  Terrible experience at this location. First, they have a virtual Indian staff member at the front desk, getting us checked in took a total of 30 minutes. It was ridiculous, no one at the lobby liked it everyone was complaining. Other guests had no TVs working, everyone was upset. Second, we got the wrong keys leading us to an occupied room with DOGS who almost bit us. Third, there was no one who came to our room to clean up, we saw the cleaners but they didn’t come in to our room to refreshen it. The only helpful person there was a girl like around 21 who was super nice. I think her name was Lauriela. But on the other hand, the general manager was AWFUL and RUDE. His name is Sam, I called him over the phone to discuss an already approved refund for one night and he started yelling at me and being aggressive saying he didn’t approve anything and he needed to review. Talk about worst experience ever?? And the night before I stayed at the Best Western in Utah which was the complete opposite, it was amazing. Oh and also the breakfast at this one? Horrible, nothing good. Also to add, Sam told the Booking.com people we didnt get a refund after we stated he have documentation which we have… Sam needs to be removed ASAP
